Our Love & Prayers
SMG Box Office Family
So hard to find the right words to bring love and comfort to all of you. Wrapping my arms around all of you. I will always remember so many times we would go out to dinner and the guys refused to ride with us, because we were singing show tunes. Never could figure out which one of us was off key! But, the main thing is when I got the Precious Moments angel, when I graduated from nursing school. I could just hear Amy's laughter with this. She thought it was a hoot!
But, she will be greeted in heaven by everyone who loved her so dearly and Chuck will be standing in that line.
Love all of you so much...XOXO
We are so sorry to hear of Amy's passing. We appreciate Amy's time with Girl Scouts so very much. Our thoughts are with her family at this time.

I am so thankful that I had to pleasure to know Amy. She was an amazing person that would always brighten your day with her smile. She will always be loved and will truly be missed. My prayers go out to your family. God Bless.
Amy, you always added a happy mood to the office. Your strength has inspired everyone to not sweat the 'small' stuff and appreciate life a little more. You will be missed dearly and I know you're up there smiling down on us as we muddle through our days. I'm so happy I was able to share part of my life with you and can't wait to see you again.
To Amy's family.... I have never seen anyone face adversity and challenges with such spirit and vigor. Amy had such a brillance about her that you never had any idea of the pain and challenges she was facing. I absolutely adored her and had so hoped to get the opportunity to play at least one round of golf with her after her treatments. I couldn't wait to get out there on the course and share that experience with her...
Lesson to us all..never put off anything - do what Amy did and live for today!!!
I can see you up in heavens dancing up a storm - be at peace my friend.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
So sorry to hear about Amy. My thoughts are with your family. Carolyn Rambo
Beautiful girl. Beautiful family. May God bless all of you.
Esque Family: My deepest sympathies to each of you. Amy was SUCH a wonderful person, and as so many have said, a true joy to be around. She was eager to learn, always wanted to please, and had a kind word for everyone she encountered. Each day was made more pleasant just by being with Amy. Her smile made the room brighter! My heart goes out to each of you and I cannot fathom your loss. My prayers will be with each of you.
RC and family; words cannot explain the pain and sorrow you feel. May God in his infinite wisdom be your refuge in this tragic time in your lives.
Deb, RC and family I am so sorry for your loss during this tough time. I will always remember Amy with that smile on her face. Every time I saw her or she would drop by my house, she had a smile on her face. She was loved muchly by her Girl Scout family and scouting was enriched by her involvement.
I can't even begin to put into words how much Amy meant to me. I knew her as a girl and watched her grow into a woman. There are so many memories that come to mind, and many more came to me as I looked at the pictures posted. Amy was part of a very special group of girls from Troop 549 and I was very blessed to have been part of her life. Thanks to Deb and RC for sharing her with me. The last time I saw her I remember thinking how proud of I was of her and the grace she displayed in dealing with her illness. She truly inspired me. She will be missed but will always be loved!
My prayers to family of Amy, It was heartfelt hearing the news of Amy, but Amy was just another "Angel" God called to rest. I met her in 2007, she and I became very friendly with each other, I could not have met a sweeter young lady, she loved everyone and being a fabulous Aunt that love the little one. She will truly be missed, but she left a light to shine in each of us. With LOVE and PRAYERS
I met Amy way back at Tinker Elementary School. In fact we were in the same class in 6 th grade. We went to Jr & Sr High together. Amy was always one to have a kind word for others and offer help when she could. Unlike most people that age Amy was never rude or mean. Even though we had lost touch after school, I still feel blessed and lucky to have known her. I am glad we reconnected last year at our reunion. We have truely lost one of Earth's best. Words cannot express how sorry i am for your loss.
Amy will always be close to my heart. We shared the BEST years of my life. I will never forget her. Thanks for sharing Amy with me. God bless.
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I will miss Amy's beautiful smile & quick wit. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My heart goes out to you all. Amy was so happy and upbead through this whole thing. She is our angel now!
I wanted to express my sincere sorrow for your loss. I met Amy a few years ago at work and we instantly hit it off. She was smart, perceptive, and always willing to step in and lend a hand. I went to her on many occasions to get her insight because she had the unique ability to look at situations with a healthy dose of reality and humor at the same time. We also spoke frequently about our families. It was clear that she truly loved and valued her parents and adorable nieces. When Amy first told me about her illness, my heart sank. When we spoke about how she was doing, I was consistently in awe of how she handled her situation with such positivity, grace and dignity. I told her once that she was my hero. Being the humble person she was, she shrugged it off. I meant it. Amy has set the standard that I will try to reach any time I am in a difficult situation. She made a mark on my life, and I will always have fond memories of her.
Amy was an amazing friend and co-worker. She was always so spirited, vibrant and such an inspiration. She had such strength. She will always be with us and we will never forget her generosity, courage and contagious laugh!
I am so sorry for your loss. Amy was a very kind, smart, and beautiful soul. I know she will be missed by her friends, family and Chase family. My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this time.
I am thankful for having an opportunity to work with Amy. She was such a bright light in our Chase world. Amy is a true inspiration. She has touched so many lives with her kindness. I pray that the Esque family will find comfort in knowing what an impact Amy has had on the people she knew, and knowing that her spirit lives on through the lives shes touched. Rest In Peace Amy, you will be greatly missed.
Although I only know Amy from work, she was a great person to work with and to be around. She was extremely knowledgeble, but most importantly she always had great spirit. We are all saddened to hear the news of her passing and will certainly learn from her optimism.
To the Esque Family - I want to express my sincere condolences on the passing of Amy. I was blessed to work with her for a short time. She always had a smile on her face and a good story to tell. One memory I will cherish is her feeding my Hello Kitty obsession with icons for my computer. Amy is in a better place and free from her pain and no longer suffering. God bless your family at this time.
To Amy's Family - I am so sorry for your loss. Amy was such a beautiful person. She had a larger than life personality. She was always smiling and welcoming to everyone. I am from the NJ office at work, but when I would travel to Jacksonille Amy would come out after work with me and keep me company. I really enjoyed sitting and talking with her. She was an instant friend. At work, she was so helpful. Amy worked so hard and she was someone you could go to and ask any question and she would help you. We were all so lucky that she was in our lives and she will be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
