Your mom had a beautiful smile that was showing love and kindness. I feel your bitter sweet pain. Sweet because of all the great memories you have of her and bitter because she's not around anymore. We become who we are as a result of many influences, but for sure we can thank our beautiful mothers that we were so lucky to have them in our lives. God rest her soul and give your family peace.

Evelyn,

I am sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I know you love her very much and you spoke of her often. You took good care of her over the years and I know you will miss seeing her and being with her. I hope you find some comfort and peace in knowing that the love between a parent and child cannot be broken or even diminished even in one's passing. You will always carry her with you and she will never be far from you.

My dearest friend Evelyn,
As I'm reading through your moms guest book, I'm just blubbering my eyes out! So many loving words for your mom. I don't think there is anything I can say that could possibly express how sad I am for your loss and I can't even begin to imagine your sadness and the emptyness you must feel. Your mom was truly blessed to have you for her daughter. Your love and devotion to her was inspirational. And you are also very blessed to have her for your mom and to have had her here with you these past years to enjoy. What you gave to her and for her, well....that just goes without words sweet girl. She will always be in all of our memories and will stay alive in your heart forever and always! I just invision her up there in heaven singing and dancing with the angels! She'll be watching over you and all of her family who with no doubt love her and will miss her dearly. Our deepest condolences,
Love,
Chris, Cliff and Family.

Evelyn and Minerva & Family:

What beautiful pictures of your Mom...
You spent six years taking excellent care of her & may these special memories be with you forever. Your Angel is now watching over you. May you get special signs that she is still with you in spirit. Always sing her favorite song as if she were still here it will put a smile on your face...enjoy her favorite "Coconut Ice Cream". From looking at the pictures it is apparent her favorite was red lipstick. May you keep these very special memories in your heart forever as I know this is what she would want.

PS. I will try her favorite coconut icecream and let you know.

What a wonder reflection and memories of a precious lady whose works as a mother is exhibited through her two daughters I have had the pleasure of working with for the past 10 years in Pinellas County Government. Evelyn and Minerva are wonderful daughters who not only look amazingly like their mom but also have her loving heart for family and friends. Mrs. Acevedo, your work here is now done and our Lord and Savior is surly rewarding you with your crown. I send my Love,Prayers and Blessings to the entire family.

I had the pleasure of meeting your Mother briefly several times. She was a breath of fresh air with a beautiful smile. Although I didn't get to know her well, I know she must have been a wonderful person with a beautiful soul, afterall her daughter is.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sincerely,
Barb Batiato

Evelyn, I know this time is hard for you and yours. I truly empathize deeply with your pain and I can only imagine the depths of which you are feeling. You are a strong woman, though, and a kindred spirit - only the strongest and kindest of souls could stand all those years and be there at the end to make the decision you had to make. She is watching over you, loving you still, and she is waiting. You will be together again. Know at least that she is in the warm embrace of God's love and His heaven. Time cannot heal all things, this is true. But time will make the hurt a little easier to bare with the knowledge that each day lovingly fulfilled will bring you closer together. You are a wonderful daughter; you could have done no better because there was nothing more anyone could have given that you hadn't already, without question, gave. Peace be with you darling - it is going to be ok...deep breaths, one day at a time; she is at your side always and in your heart forever.

Dear Evelyn, I was very sorry to hear about Mom's passing. She was such a sweetheart to me the few times I was with her. Know that she is with our Lord and has no more medical problems and is no longer suffering. You were such a wonderful daughter and you have such great memories to hold on to, those will always be with you. You are in my thought and prayers. Love, Rox

Dear Evelyn and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved mother and grandmother. She was a remarkable woman. She faced a lifetime of great hardships with courage and great love, she surely showed grace under pressure and your beautiful family is evidence of her devotion.
I will never forget her lovely smile and the red kisses she would leave on my cheek whenever wee met. Her gentleness and courage in the face of her disease will always inspire me. It is a blessing to have known such a wise and beautiful woman.
sincerely, Chris LaVine

I didn't know Ana Maria personally due to the language barrier but in watching her children, I feel I knew her well. The values she passed on were immeasurable. She loved and nurtured her children when they were young, and in turn, they loved and nurtured her when she was aging. She taught them to value people, not things, to cherish their relationships, to give of themselves completely, and mostly to see the good in others. I see all of these qualities in her children and know she must have been someone special and truly proud of her children and what they have become. I will always remember her beautiful smile at Girls Night Out. Although she rarely spoke, her smile lit up the room and blessed us all. She possessed the spirit of an Angel and I know she has been welcomed into Heaven with open arms. Someday we will see her again.

My sisters Minerva and Evelyn, I wanted to express my condolences to you's. Living life is full of mysteries even if we don't believe so. I wanted to share with you what happen to me that Friday morning. I was sleeping solidly, all was quiet, I hear some one calling my name, "Angel" the voice repeated over and over unitl I acknowledged by saying I'm here. The voice felt satisfy in a suttle way. I got up and asked Betty if she was calling me. The voice very vivid in me and I knew some one very connected to me was reaching out to me. I needed to find out. I call Eugenio and asked him if he was all right and he told me he was fine. I told him some one was calling me and it was some one close to me. I know life mysteries are unique but defintiely our "Mom" was making sure she personally said goodbye to me. Again, life has it ways to make ends meet as I know she is now in peace.
Your brother,
Angel

Dear Evelyn, Minerva and Family. Ana was the type of person that would always make you laugh with her peculiar way of saying things. She was a person that made you love her. We will miss her so much, but at the same time, we know that she is with God our Lord and from there we know that she will be looking after all of us. We ask God to give you the strength to keep going with the hope that one day we will all meet to enjoy eternal life. Our prayers are with you during these times of sorrow.

Today I have a heavy heart. I feel a part of me has broken. The only Grandmother I ever knew has left this world for the next. Grandma, you are now at peace and dad is going to take care of you. Give him a kiss for me. I know the two of you are now watching over me and I wait for the day we are all reunited. I love you Grandma. Sleep well and I will see you later.
