Dear Angela and Family, I just found out that your father passed away in January. One of our Trentino club members recently saw your post on Facebook and let us know. Your father was a dear member of our club. We treasure the hand-crafted gavel he made for us. He was the one I went to when something needed to be fixed or created. Every one loved the numerous hand carved items he made and donated to our fund-raising raffles. He and your mother were a great team and were hard-workers for our picnics and Christmas parties. I truly know your pain, as my father too, passed away in January. In fact, our fathers' funerals were on the same day. The hardest part for me, and perhaps for you too, is witnessing our mothers grieve and adapt to being alone. With sincere sympathy, I wish you all peace and strength.
My heart goes out to you. Please accept my sympathy during this difficult time.
Good Bye Papa,
You are generous man, a man of pride, a man of wisdom, a man of family.
You instilled in your entire family a work ethic like none other. If you love what you do you can work forever is something you never taught but is something we picked up just by watching you.
I'll always remember Christmas days when you were more excited about handing gifts out then us kids were about getting them. I'll always remember the kitchen stools you made for everyone in the family and once we all had one you made them for our friends.
You knew gnocchi was my favorite, so when Grandma made it, you would tell me ten times that Grandma was making it for dinner. You were so excited!
I remember the time when we were in Traverse City and I was about to get in a fight with a couple of boys and you made me play them in pool instead of over fists. I won.
Papa you were the backbone of this family and we love you.
Thank you for being our friend, our father, our papa and our bisnonno.
I ALWAYS ENJOYED TO WATCH ANGELO BOWLING. HE WAS A GOOD BOWLER. ALSO, WHEN HE NO LONGER COULD BOWL HOW HE ENJOYED COMING TO THE BOWLING ALLEY AND SITTING AT THE TABLE AND TO WATCH. I KNOW HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED. I TRULY BELIEVE HE IS KNOCKING THEM DOWN IN HEAVEN. LOVE AND GOD BLESS MARY.
Dear Mary, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of meeting Angelo when I started bowling with the seniors some odd 10 years ago. He was always quiet but managed to say 'Hi' all the time. I know that he's watching over you all the time and will continue to do so until you ask him to stop. I want to thank you both for being my Friends all these years with many more to come. God will guide you through your sadness. Love and Hugs.....Chris Kowalski
My best memories were of you and I going to the lions game when I was young and the times me and you spent working at the Hudson's house you may be gone but I will never forget you !!
Dear Mary, I will always cherish the beautiful memories of the time I spent together with You and Angelo in Sweden. Thank you for sharing your dear Angelo with all of us during all these years. Our sincere and wholehearted condolences to you and the entire family.

Angelo always had a warm smile and friendly handshake or hug. He was proud of his family and rightfully so. Our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
Some of my best childhood memories were spent at your house Aunt Mary. I also loved when Uncle NuNu took me to the Hudson house. I love you both so much. Rest now in heaven Uncle NuNu.
In the short time I had the privilege of spending with Angelo, he made a lasting impact and his selfless attitude created an immediate sense of intimacy and personal connection. I continue to experience him through his extended family. Angelo, my prayers are with you wherever your journey may take you and with your surviving family at this time of need.
Sherry, your father and mother must have done such a good job of raising you, in turn, by caring for them. I like the way that you all take care of each other in the Abbati Family. God bless you, Susan Phillips

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Mary, and all of the family. I still expect to see him tooling around the corner in his little truck, ready to help with the latest project at Angela and Dave's. A very fine man who will be missed by so many.
Sorry for your loss. Grief can be hard, but you can find comfort from God, who give comfort to those who morn though His word the Bible.
