My deepest thanks and gratitude to Anna's sister and son for speaking at the service. You provided such a sense of connection and a loving farewell.
We miss her very much, but not as much as you. God bless and keep you in your time of sorrow; she is always with us as long as we remember.
So sorry to hear of Kathy's passing. All my love and prayers for her family. Special condolences for my Uncle Jimmy. I know how it feels to lose a child, be it 10 or 66. I can't comprehend two.
Anna was a very special person; quiet, thoughtful, and very intelligent. She was one of the most hardworking women I have ever known. She is an angel now; at peace. Prayers and condolences to the family.
My prayers goes to the family and I'm very sorry for your loss. Anna was a good person to work with here at the IRS. May your memories bring you comfort. God bless you.
To Anna's family,
For as long as I can remember, Anna was a fixture in Exam from when I transferred there many, many years ago. She was always quick to get a training class rolling at a moments notice, and was a wiz at research who knew the tax code like the back of her hand. She was sorely missed when she retired, and I know you will miss her in this new chapter of life.
With my deepest sympathy,
I am sorry for your loss.
My memories of Anna, in addition to her unmatched knowledge of the Tax Code and IRS procedures, were her beautiful, long hair and her soft, mischievous eyes, peeking thru her glasses. She was well respected by all who came in contact with her--either when wearing her training hat or while wearing her research hat. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time; I know our God is a Great God and will wrap you all in his comforting arms.
Our Cousin Kathy(Anna) is in our prayers and our thoughts. Happy times' spent with Cousin Jim and Kathy, and family while visiting Austin,Tx. and my sister Rose and the Fosters'(Uncle Jim and Aunt Louise). Appreciation for the calls that Kathy(Anna) made to My Brother Mike in his battle with Cancer. Sorrow for She will no longer able to interact in person with us. Excitement that she is now in Joyful and Heavenly Peace with Our Lord. Knowing Mother Louise and Sister Patty have Welcome Kathy(Anna) to the Joy of Heaven.
Our heart felt expressions of sympathy is extended to Jim, Anita and the entire Foster and Stern families.
Hello Jim, I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Anna's family.
Prayers are with the family. Having worked with and around Anna for 20+ years, she could always be depended upon to provide insight and support in any situation. She was a pillar of strength.
Kathy was such a wonderful part of our Dawson learning community (Sandy's school). Contributing countless hours of devotion to special projects & activities for Sandy's students, and then to ALL of our students through her tremendous work in our Library, she truly made Dawson a better place. Her love for Sandy & her family, and her commitment to making the world better were so obvious!
Kathy had a quiet intelligence, a great sense of humor and she loved her family intensely. When I married her brother James, she welcomed me into the family without hesitation. She would give family and friends a hug with that extra pat on the back that made you feel so loved and accepted. Kathy was so special to us and we will miss her greatly.
Our condolences to Jim and the rest of the family. Tery & Anita McKee
Our prayers for the Stern and Foster family, for the loss of Kathy a beloved daughter, wife, mother and sister. Our thoughts are with you all
Our prayers and thoughts are with you in your sorrow. Anna was indeed a remarkable friend and colleague. We both hold Anna in high regard, having worked with her for many, many years at IRS. Anna was committed to her work and so very proud of her children and family. She was a model for achieving balance - working in a big bureaucracy while maintaining her individuality and caring compassion for others. ~ Phillip & Mitzi Eastman
I worked with Anna off and on for decades. She was always a source of warmth, intelligence and sanity and I will miss her. May the fondest and sweetest of memories ease the pain of loss for her family.
I am sorry for your loss. I knew Anna from work. She was an asset to the Internal Revenue Service and thought of very highly. She was missed when she retired. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Sandy and Jim--we have fond memories of the many soccer games , tournaments and award ceremonies with Kathy. Do know that Bill, Janna and I have you in our thoughts and prayers.
I had the opportunity to work with Anna while training "New-hires" in the Examination Division of the IRS. I used to kid her about the stacks of training materials on her desk and around her cubicle, but she always knew exactly where to find anything we needed for class. What impressed me most was her sweet spirit, concern for all with whom she worked, and "easy-going" style in spite of deadlines and demands of the job. I am truly sorry for your loss and for ours also.
Anna was one of the smartest and caring person I have met. I enjoyed working with her over the years and greatly missed her after she retired. She told me she was looking forward to helping her daughter in class and in the library.
She was a one in a million and I am very sorry for your loss.
My deepest condolences to Anna's family and friends in their time of grief. Anna was a wonderful person to work with and her absense has been keenly felt.
fluidity of life~neverending~continuing with each generation~leaving behind special meaning~to carry forward with the torch of compassion and caring.........Anna left a legacy behind with each person's life she touched.
