Uncle Eston was a quiet and powerful influence in my Christian walk. It was because of him that I heard the gospel message clearly, while he was a deacon at Two Rivers Baptist Church, Donelson with Dr. Jim Henry, pastor. I later received Christ as my Savior and Uncle Eston was one of the first I called to share my salvation experience. He is now enjoying sweet fellowship with his Lord and Savior and his loved ones in Heaven including his nephew Clyde.
So sorry for your loss. I enjoyed talking to you (Ann) and Eston at the Adcock reunion in September. Sorry, we will be unable to attend any of the services, but we wanted you to know that our prayers are with you and your family.
There is no doubt. There is no doubt where this man stood or what this man believed. And that's the greatest gift you can give to your children.
A great man and a true Christian example that many could learn from. I worked with him at National Life where he taught me life insurance statutory accounting - which I use in my current job. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He taught me many other things about life. He was a real friend and mentor. John Williams
