Sorry to learn of his passiing. Our paths crossed at DuPont's Spruance Plant in Richmond in 1955-1958, he in Cellophane and I in Rayon. Best wishes to familt members.
Truly a gentle-man. There were such wonderful memories of Bart & Sabrina at Grace Church in The Plains, Va., They were so much a part of my parents' (John & Va Middleton) life at Grace. What great times they all had together. How blessed we were to have known them both. Now, they are celebrating their reunion...recanting those times, Bart telling his stories and all having a most joyous time. Take comfort in knowing how many blessings he brought to so many people.
Thoughts and prayers are with each of you. Was planning to go to the services but I have a very bad head cold. Love to you all especially Karen.
Ralph and I are so sorry for the loss of your father. We adored him and will cherish our memories of him forever. We were blessed to know him and he will be missed.

We met Bart one very special weekend in 2009. His kindness and warmth is what we remember most about him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Karen and Katie.

I'm so sorry to hear about Mr. Hinkle. He has only been in my life for a short time but the feelings for him will last forever. Whenever he'd come see me at my workplace I knew it was gonna be a great day. I always refer to him as my all time favorite guest. I would smile all day after seeing him. I'm going to miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Never did I think that Bart would become such a wonderful friend and father figure to me. After all, he just needed me to keep his yard mowed and assorted other tasks every now and then. That all changed when I learned of his health issues and I realized how much more this man meant to me. We had spent time talking just about anything before then but after the news I realized how precious our time was. He will be truly missed. Aside from my family, Bart was indeed my best friend and I will never forget him.
How I wish we could be with you to celebrate your Dad's wonderful life.
Our deepest sympathy to you all on the loss of this truly good man.
