Chelsea and family: I am so sorry to hear of Bayless' passing. He was the sweetest, kindest man I have ever met in my life. He was such a good friend to my father who has known him longer than the 53 years I've been alive. I hope you find comfort in knowing how much he has positively influenced everyone who had contact with him. I am convinced that he saved my dad's life when they shared a hospital room a few years ago and has been God's angel sent to so many others as well. I will continue to lift you all up to His tender care and pray He will shower you all with blessings, comfort, peace and beautiful memories as Bayless continues to live richly in your hearts. He will be dearly missed by me and my entire family.

Dave and family,
Very sorry to hear about the loss of you Dad. You know I lost my Mom and Sister and Dad within the last 6 years, so I know a little bit about the way you are feeling. Things will never be the same, but old father time has a way of healing a broken heart. Your Dad will always be in your heart, your memories of him will stay with you always. Find comfort in your family and God. May the Lord give you peace.

Dear Mrs. Slone,
I want to express my deepest condolences to you and your family at Bayless' passing. I worked with him at GM's Moraine Assembly. I have never met a kinder man. The factory's hostile environment has a way of hardening a man's heart, but Bayless' character was stronger than that. I was a new hire. He always had time to answer my questions when I was stumped. I will never forget his kindness. May his soul find peace in the care of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
