We are truly sorry we were not able to make it back to Kentucky for Uncle Bert's funeral. It was really nice to see the pictures you have here online; they brought back lots of nice memories for which I (Linda) thank you.

Jeff, Ronnie and Debbie - I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Bert. I know we all have some great memories of him that will be with us forever (like Christmas Eve every year at Grandma's). Just know that I love you all very much and you will be in our thoughts and prayers. I hope you see you all soon. Love you!

So sorry to hear of Berts passing. We have a lot of memories from years past when Gayle & Bert lived in Louisville and watching the three of you grow up. Many an evening we spent at your house playing cards and games with them and laughing and having fun. After the move to Indy we were not able to share the good times as in Louisville. It was only occasionally that we were able to come up and spend a weekend but, we always had a good time. We were able to connect when you all came to Louisville several times a year especially at Christmas. Remember the Limburger cheese sandwich's and cold beer? Man, I do. Nonetheless, I am really sorry that we missed you all at the funeral home. I had to work late and the folks there said that we had just missed you all by 5 minutes. Do not like those kind of visits but was looking forward to seeing you.
Love, Uncle Hank & Aunt Pat.
P.S. Would you all please call me at 502.553.6487
