Daisy and family. It was a honor to have met Burnie. My God comfort you.
We were so fortunate to be surrounded by so many adult role models growing up in Mtn Home-Mr Burnie Morris looms large in my memory even today. Kindness, compassion, fairness and respect. Godspeed, Mr Morris, and blessings to the family.
So very sorry to hear about your loss.Spent some of my summers during my teenage years from Chicago at my relatives, the Seiters. Lots of good times were spent at the Morris house and the family.
I will always fondly remember Burnie. When I was in boot camp and on the rifle range living in a tent during the latter part of December it was cold. Burnie was already a Sgt. and he managed to bring me some long handle underwear. He was a good man and a good friend. We didn't see each other often but he was always the same. May your family recover quickly from your grief and your loss.
My prayers are with you and your family. Bernie was a very special person
To all the Morris family, you are all in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. Did't get to be around Burnie alot but when I did I really enjoyed it! He was such a delight to be around. Love and God bless to you Daisy and the rest of the family!!
