Carol, we miss you so much!
I just found about Carol. I am so sorry. It's hard to even imagine how to handle this loss. I hope you are doing okay. I don't have a number for you or I would have called. My number is 214.683.7664. Prayers are with you and Carol.
Gen & family - so sorry for your loss- thoughts & prayers are with you.
Carol, I was devastated to learn of your death. I cannot begin to imagine how much your family will miss you.
It has been many years that you have been my co-worker and my friend. You were not just any kind of a friend though. You were always there to help me during the challenging and tough times, and when I was at a loss to know what to do. I don't know what I would have done without your help and guidance.
You were always available, always willing to help, always ready to solve any problem, and with your infectious humor, it was the highlight of my day to spend time with you.
I am grateful that our paths crossed, and I will always love and remember you.
Carol was a wonderful person and I will always remember her cheerful voice. My condolences to Carol's family and friends.
What a pleasure to work with, working for her made coming to work a joy.
Well, Carol and Bill are one of my favorite couples ever. I have worked with Carol for 15 years and she has always been one of our #1 go to people to get something done. But I most remember her (and Bill's) hospitality when a group of us IBMers would descend on DFW, and they would have us into their home for a little social happy hour and the shepherd us along into the evening to be sure all had a great time. We'll miss you Carol, but you'll live on in our lives as a wonderful memory of how a great person should be. Love ya. (Go Buckeyes!)
Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill and the entire family as well as Carol's many friends. May your fond memories, God's loving embrace and support of family and friends help you through this difficult time.
Carol will be remembered very fondly by all her coworkers. She accomplished incredible things through her intellect and "can do" attitude. Carol was very pragmatic and yet always welcomed new ideas and approaches. She was always pleasant with a dry wit and an infectious laugh that had a positive effect on everyone around her!
Carol will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. We are so fortunate that our paths crossed. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family and friends. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
My thoughts and prayers are with Bill, the children, grandchildren and Carol's friends and extended family at IBM. I had the pleasure to work remotely with Carol for many years at IBM and know that she will be sorely missed by all. My thoughts are with you and her.
Carol is such an integral part of our lives at IBM BCRS. It is simply gutrenching to know I won't hear her laugh and her generous lively stories. Her ability to make you look at things from a 360 degree perspective is unmatched. My heart goes out to her loved ones and my colleagues who will feel her loss for a long time. My memories of Carol will be cherished and not forgotten.
Heaven has received a special angel....
IBM BCRS will never be the same without Carol. She was well respected and was a wealth of knowledge. I'm afraid that her shoes will be impossible to fill.....
I met Carol many, many years ago in Dallas when she was supporting the BRS (as it was called then) southwest region, and I was supporting the northwest. It was there that I discovered that she knew SMA better than most of her reps... and she was not a PTL at the time. Matter of fact, I think that one rep, who will remain nameless, never learned SMA, and one of his customers called Carol directly to make changes to their contracts. Customer satisfaction to the max!
Making a difference in other people's lives was something that Carol did on a regular basis. Many of the busiest times in BCRS coincide with the holidays, especially Christmas/New Years and we are ALL crazy busy. Carol would be the one that would take a quick time out, and send an instant message, an e-card, or a note to wish you a Merry Christmas. She always stopped to care.... to care about her colleagues, and her friends. This was going to be my year to beat her to the punch. It'll have to go by special messenger.
Carol was my back pocket guru, my go-to person on BCRS solutions, especially SMA. She was so intelligent, and over the years, I only went to her with real problem issues, knowing how busy she was with her "normal" responsibilities. She never failed to provide a quick resolution, whether it be solving the problem herself, or bringing in the right people to resolve. She was ALWAYS willing to help. I'm not sure how she was able to get everything done... I'm guessing that her day had more than the normal 24 hours. I've now lost my guru. But more than my guru, I've lost a friend. She will be missed by all.
"What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget" - - anonymous
My heart goes out to Carol's family and friends. May God comfort you with his love at this difficult time.
Please accept the condolences of my family. Carol has been a cherished friend and co-worker. I will miss her greatly.
First, my condolences to Carol's family. She will be missed by "many" ... co-workers, friends and family! I had the pleasure of working with Carol for many years at IBM and I always respected her dedication, commitment and integrity on everything she did. She was somebody you could always count on. My prayers go out to the family during these tough times.
I am deeply saddened by the loss of Carol. She was a phenomenal co-worker. I remember the countless phone calls we had to "solve the world's problems". We shared many laughs (I enjoyed her giggle tremendously) and spoke often of life and family. It was evident that she loved life and adored her family. Although we worked on many business issues together, she always took the time to add her personal touch to everything she did. I enjoyed the beautiful holiday cards she always sent along with her comments, "Just wanted to brighten your holiday". If she only knew how much her kind gestures meant. Needless to say, there is a void in my heart. She will never be forgotten.
Our deepest sympathy to Bill ad his family. I had the pleasure to work with Carol since 1995 and I will always miss her as a collegue, but more importanly as a friend forever.
I worked with Carol at IBM for a short time but she was such a pleasure to work with and was always so cheerful and helpful. I am so sorry and saddened to hear of her passing. My condolences to her family and friends. Debbie Carson
I am very thankful that work gave me the opportunity to interact with Carol. She was always so kind and helpful, and never seemed put out by anyone's need for assistance with something. I was always impressed by how cheerful she seemed, even on the most hectic of workdays! Carol definitely had a certain "sparkle". My warmest thoughts and prayers are with you, her family and close friends, as heaven adds another star to the sky.
Anyone that ever interacted with Carol was effected by her humor, wisdom, knowledge and kindness. Carol will be missed by all, however, she will never be forgotten by any of us. Carol's amazing personality is something we all will learn from.
My deepest sympathy to Bill and the extended Family. I am a lucky person to have known Carol and to have spent time with her and Bill.
The Jimenez family extends our heart felt thoughts and Prayers.
Our deepest sympathy to Bill and his family. Carol was a lovely lady and will be missed by many. May precious memories give you peace during this saddest of times.

Carol was absolutely the best of coworkers and the best of friends. She was so kind, caring and intelligent. She was one of those people who always brightened your day with her smile or words. She gave so much to everyone with whom she came in contact. She will be greatly missed by so many people.
I send my deepest sympathies to Bill, the children and grandchildren. I was blessed to know Carol through work but she soon became a friend, not simply a colleague. I will always remember her cheery ways, her thoughtfulness and her unfailing kindness.
Our prayers go out to the family, she will be missed.
Carol was a wonderful colleague to work with at IBM. She was always willing to help and always had a "smile" in her voice that you could hear. I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her and to have gotten to know her. She leaves a big hole in our IBM BC&RS Family -- one that will be very hard to fill. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. May God provide His love, support and consolation to them.

I adored Carol. She was an incredible person and colleague and I will truly miss her. Working with her was a dream and there is no one like her. She made a significant impact to me personally. Many prayers to her family and dear friends. May her memory live on.
I adored Carol and working with her was a dream. There is no one like her. I will truly miss her, as a person and as a colleague. My prayers go out to Carol's family and her dear friends. May her memory live on.
Carol and I have worked together at IBM for what seems like forever. She was like a big sister to me and Roxanne. Her calls during a long day were quite often a breath of fresh air. It usually wouldn't take long for our calls to turn from a business matter to belly laughs about almost anything. I will truely miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who loved her.
I had the pleasure to work with Carol over the past few years. She was never shy to help others and would always think outside of the box. In all the many conversations I had with her, she always talked about her family and her love for life. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. God Bless.
Carol was very well liked and respected at work. She will be missed for so many reasons. My condolences to Carol's family.
I worked with Carol at IBM in the past few years. She was so great to work with. She was always very helpful, kind and pleasant. On the craziest of days in the office - she brought a bit of "sunshine" and always had a way with her calm demeanor to make things seem "not so hard". I truly will miss her - she was a gem in our organization. My heartfelt condolences to Carol's family and friends. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
I worked with Carol on several occasions years ago within IBM. She was always very helpful and kind.
My prayers go out to your family during this time.
I was so stunned and saddened to hear of Carolee's death. I have so many wonderful memories of visiting Carolee and Janet in Franklin so many years ago. And, more recently, at Janie and Allens beach house reunions. She will be greatly missed.
