Cecil was a most honorable, caring and devoted man to his family, many friends and everyone who valued and knew him. We will always remember deep in our hearts of how he always greeted us with that special smile and welcome when we would visit him and his family. His dear and beautiful wife is someone who will always be in our thoughts and prayers. They made an exceptional and loving couple. We are of such thankfulness to have known Cecil and are, as well, to have the friendship of his gracious family. We love and appreciate Cecil and have lost a great friend here on earth, but his memory will always be with us.
With respect, sincerity and love to Cecil and his family.

Dottie, I am so very sorry for your lost. Cecil was always an inspiration to me. I marveled in how dedicated he was to work hard and provide for You, Sherry and Terry. That inspiration only increased even more last year when I visited you and Cecil that I found out that he was still working. He was having a little hard time with his walker but I still saw the giant of a man that I knew from over 50 years ago. My memories of him were always of a soft spoken man that was busy working on something but would still take the time to say hi to me. a kid at that time. while Terry and I would be playing around the house. He still lives on in my memories.
My prayers are with You and Sherry and the rest of your family.
