Dear Mary, Chelsea, and Josh,
I remember Chuck as a very positive soul and laughing, friendly face at the St. Joseph Marquette and Strikers' sports games. I am glad he and your family were in Lety's life during the St. Joseph and early high school years. I am very sorry for the loss of your dad and husband. Big holes are in your hearts, but they are ones filled with good memories and a lot of love. Thank God for the blessing of many loving years. (Lety's mom)
Chuck's daughter, Chelsea, is one of my best friends so I really got to know Chuck and spend time with him. I have so many memories with this family: camping, four-wheeling, morning breakfasts, sporting events. You name it, Chuck was there. He was huge support to La Salle. Chuck holds a very special place in my heart, and he will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Chuck's family. We enjoyed knowing him from the time of White Swan Lumber to the great LaSalle football games. He will be missed.
I was saddened to hear of chuck's passing. I remember fondly the times Chuck and I spent together riding motorcycles when we were in high school. Chuck was my locker partner and I smile when I recall how our locker was always stuffed full of Chuck's western novels.
My prayers go out to Mary and the kids. May God bless you and grant you peace to heal from this profound loss.
May God Bless the Adkins family in this time. Chuck was a great man.
Are thought and prayer will be you during this time.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
I will always have Chuck in my thoughts becuase of our childhood. Chuck, Rick and myself were the best motorcylce riders in the neighborhood. We may have not stayed in contact as adults, but a persons childhood is always a speacil time in a person life. Thank you Chuck for being in my life. Sincerly Kristine Hert Turner
Trust in God he will guide you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in the next few days.
