Dear Mrs. Birmingham, Sons & Daughter, I met Charlie at the Rogers Wellness Center. Although I am 25 years his junior he remembered my name and was always be upbeat and fun to talk with. I have the utmost respect for him. I knew he had gone on the Honor Flight to honor our American Heroes but did not know until I read his obituary that he had earned the Bronze Star. He truly was an American Hero! Sincerely, Steve Earney, Bentonville
Aunt Betsey, I'm so sorry to hear of Uncle Charles' passing. I have fond memories of when you both came to CT many years ago in your RV to visit with us. You and the family our in my thoughts.
