I worked with Charlie at Pabst in the early 80's. I was in the Sales Dept. and could always go to him with a problem. He usually came up with a solution. My wife, Kathleen, also worked at Pabst for 10 years or so before we got married.
When he came through Milwaukee in later years, he would call and gruffly announce "let's have lunch!" He didn't believe in advance notice! But that was the Charlie we knew and loved.
Our condolences to the family.

We were so sad to hear of the death of Uncle Charles. Our family has had such good times throughout the many years of family dinners, reunions and many laughs at the Cozy Inn. Your Dad will be remembered with fondness and love. That Ole German will live on in our hearts forever.

Charlotte and Charlie I only new Uncle Charles for 17 years when Gail and I married. It was always interesting to visit with him when we were in Michigan what great stories he told...he called me "The Greek" although I was an Italian. Uncle Charles lived a wonderful life that was full of love from Aunt June, his children and grandchildren. He traveled the world and had a passion for golf and life. The Family will always remember Uncle Charles and he will live through his family. All our love George & Gail.
Charlie, our thoughts are with you and your family.
