I knew Charles in high school. I remember his Christian convictions. My sympathy to the family.
Sorry to here of Charlie's passing...He was a great person and friend...From all his friends at Upchurch Electric in Fayetteville, Ar.
Unquestionably, one of the "ALL TIME" greatest people I ever knew, and I had the good fortune to grow up around. He was a mentor of mine & will be truly be missed as a person and a true pinnacle in the electrical industry. He was an idol of mine & he will be deeply missed by me. May GOD truly bless you "C" Porter and guide your wife Gloria in these coming days. Your old friend..........
Mary Alice: Sorry to read about the passing of Charles. I remember him (and you and your parents so well). Charles was in my and Lloyd's wedding back in 1949. Charles and I graduated together from Landon. Also, your parents gave the rehearsal dinner for our wedding. Lloyd passed away in 1994. We had 47 great years together.
Sorry to hear the news. May peace be with you.
Gloria, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
