Two years gone. My memories of you help carry me through. I LOVE YOU son.
It doesn't get any easier and not a day goes by that I don't think about you. I was blessed with the greatest father a daughter could ask for.
Son, today your son graduates from college!! We are all extremely proud of him as you would have been. We will feel your presence as we celebrate this joyful occasion. Love Mom

On Christmas Day, I light a candle for my much missed brother. I love and miss you.
You are my brother-in-law, business partner, uncle to my children, father to my Godchildren and friend. You are the love of my sister's life. The loss of you cannot be described in words, only felt in the very depth of my being. I believe that you are now embraced by a loving God where you are free from pain and illness. Peace.
I graduated from Hoover High school in 1979 and I remember you and your lovely wife Margaret. What a great person you were. I am so sorry you had to leave us early. May you rest in peace and we will see you in heaven.
How to I begin to say goodbye to the man that has meant so much to me: My first love, my high school sweetheart, my husband, father of our children, business partner and most importantly, my friend. I miss you so much. Rest In Peace, Chris.
My heart goes out to your family. You will be missed by so many for various reasons. You were always there to lend a helping hand, offer advice, tell a joke, bedazzle with your smile...
You gave your everything in all you did. So many people have been touched by your ability to reach out and give them courage ,strength and drive to succeed.
May you be at peace watching over your loved ones from above.
Sadden to learn of Chris' passing. His charm, sparkly eyes and smile were icons on Hoover's campus. His presence was always seemingly larger than life...perhaps a prophetic indication of the impact his life would have on the lives of others. Blessings to Chris' family. May the Holy Spirit soothe and console you.
Our condolences go out to u Bob!!! And the family
My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family. Chris, you were an incredible support to the BLCI family! Your legacy will continue for a very long time.
No more birthday cards from you. I miss you so much...love you.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Padilla family during a very difficult time. I had the privilege of being Samantha and Alex's principal at St. Martin of Tours Academy. (great kids!) It was always evident that Margaret and Chris gave so much love and support for their children. In addition, grandparents and extended family truly made a difference in their lives. My thoughts and prayers are for all who will be missing Chris so very much. He touched many lives. May Christopher Padilla rest in God's Eternal Peace.
To all of the family our most heart felt condolences. His family meant everything to him, especially his kids. Chris had a certain energy and spark about him in whatever he did. He was always looking for the next challenge and enjoyed joking and being competitive. One thing you never forgot about Chris once you met him were those eyes and that smile. Both my husband Jose and I worked with Chris at Coca Cola and in the last several months re-connected and visited with him. He will be missed by all the people he touched. May he rest in peace and we will keep him in our prayers.
I am a fellow Hoover High School classmate of Chris & Margaret. Upon reading his obituary, I have to say WOW! Many can only wish to make at least half the difference that Chris made in his short lifetime; he really gave himself unselfishly. My condolences to the entire family.
To my uncle max and family, we are very sorry for your loss. my mom and I had chance to visit my cousin. What amazing feeling it was to finally be at his side. All the people all the love that day was truely amazing!! Im so sorry we cant be there but our love and prayer are with you Uncle Max Family and to Chris Family. Someday cousin we shall all meet Again!!!!
Daddy, you taught me to be an independent woman to to strive for what I want. More importantly to always give back to the community. I love and miss you so much. I will miss those car rides filled with conversation and lunch at Quatros Milpas. I am glad we had a unique, loving, funny, serious relationship. I will cherish them forever in my heart! Rest in Peace and save me a spot on the boat to paradise.
Chris had an amazing heart! He believed in making a difference and he did so. He wanted other young people to be all that they could be, as he had, and gave them a "hand-up" with his scholarship fund, Sharing himself as well as his worldly goods, was part of Chris's "heart". And it will be the part of him that the people he has touched will carry always. I will miss his quiet competence and caring as a BLCI colleague.
I will always have fond memories of Chris. He always had a smile on his face and was a very caring person. My sincere condolences to his family and may he rest in peace.
Our thoughts and prayers to all the family!!! Rest in Peace Chris!!!
