I am so sorry to hear about Gibby passing away... I just found out this morning. I was ALWAYS over joyed to run into him out and about, Spartan Games, social events.. we went to a Pistons game earlier this year. Had a great time. Golfed with him in the Womens Council outing, took him to Common Ground.. Seems like yesterday. I am so Sorry. Our Prayers and Thoughts go out to Dan's Family and his Many Many Friends. Danny and I grew up together on Oakwood Lane. We spent many a summer day as children, getting into trouble and having fun doing it. We always had a good time together, even later in life. It was a sad day when I learned of his passing - he will be missed and remembered always.
Laura, Dale E, Sandy, and to all of the many friends that were fortunate to have had the honor and privilege of knowing Danny; his impact touched so many in such a positive way that he forever live in all of us. I'm just sorry that I can't be there with everyone to celebrate his life with you, but whenever I think of Danny, nothing more than a huge smile comes to my face, because I was the luckiest person in the world to have him as my friend.
Laura... We'll all sadly miss your fathers smile, and humor. My wife, and I have known Danny since highschool, and it was he that brought us together some 43 years ago. Danny was a friend, one of a kind, full of energy, and always there with a smile. As sad a moment this is, please know that you were his pride, and joy. We'll remember him forever, and I can assure you that whenever we get together with old friends, Danny's name will always bring a kind smile, and laughture to everyone's face. Oh the stories we could tell, and maybe will one day we will. God bless, and "see you again old friend!"

Hello, I have known Dan for about 30 years and was always touched by his outgoing and friendly manner. He supported me in my political endeavors especially in my race/campaign for the US Congress in 1988. Dan's sage advice and friendship will be truly missed. God Bless.
To Dan's family-he will be sadly missed. I call Dan a "once in a lifetime friend." You could only meet someone as good as Dan once and his friendship lasted for a lifetime. My prayer for you is that you find comfort knowing that Dan is in a better place.
I didn't know your dad, but when we talked about our families before Panhel Elections, I could hear in your voice how important he was to you. I was so saddened to hear of his passing and I'm wishing you all the strength and support in the world in the months to come. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Condolences to the family, Dan will be greatly missed
