Missing you daddy every single day.
David was a lifelong and very dear friend of my husband, Greg. I remember when David would come visit, he was always color coordinated from his hat to his shoes as he entered our home with a big smile on his face with gleam in his eyes. Each time he left he always gave Greg a bear hug and told him he loved him. He related many stories of how proud he was of his children from the day they were born and into adulthood. He was especially proud of his grandchildren, and we were privileged to hear about their choir performances, school programs, athletic activities and love of the Lord. He is greatly missed. I can only imagine the radiance upon his face as he was welcomed by his loving family members and friends who have gone before him. Linda Haynes (Nederland TX)
David....we are so sorry to hear about your father's passing. We pray God's peace and comfort will surround you and your entire family now and in the days and weeks ahead. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Condolences to David's family. My sympathies for your loss.
James B. Creed, M.D. ( "Jamie"- high school friend)
My deepest condolences to the family for your loss.I played baseball against David at the YMCA Little League over 50 years ago. He was a great athlete- but more importantly a wonderful person. In high school he always had a smile and an impish comment. It is no surprise he was a treasured grandparent. Although , I had not seen him in many years his memory is a cherished one.
Sorr to hear about your loss. Our prayers go out to David's family.
Sorry to hear about your loss, our prayers are with Mr. Landry and the family.
David sorry to here about your loss.
to a very dear friend for the past 54 years. may you rest in the peace of the arms of christ....greg salvaggio
David was my uncle and I love him very much. His personality is a rare find among anyone I know. Throughout his battle, he remained strong and never dwelled on it. That is because David knew God and he knew that when it was his time to go home he would in dignity for he did his job here on earth. I will never forget his smile and will charish the man I grew to admire and look up to. David is and was the kindness, sweetest uncle a girl is lucky to have. He brought much joy into my life. He makes me want to be a better person. He always wished for me and my sister to be close to his children. I thank God for the second chance to get to know them and will always keep them close to my heart. God bless him and the entire family. Lift him up to the heaven and shield the family with love and prayers.
Landry Family, so sorry to read of David's passing. He was a very likeable fellow, hard worker and did enjoy his baseball. My husband, Butch, was fortunate to play on the same team for a while and he enjoyed David's company. His life was cut short but hopefully he is watching over us from above. May the many memories and photos comfort you in the time to come. My prayer are with you and your families. Maria Perez
