Just found out about Don's passing. I worked with Don for over 10 years at ExxonMobil when he was doing regional geology. Don was a great mentor, colleague, gentleman, and above all the model for professional conduct. I want to pass on my deepest condolences. Don had (and still has) many friends in the technical ranks at ExxonMobil where he was greately respected.
I only had a short opportunity to work with Don at Exxon/ExxonMobil. He taught me much about how to handle myself in the company and focus on what is important. His influence continues through those he mentored and he will be missed.
Pat, Austin, Reg, Janette,
My condolences for the loss of your dear Don. The four of you filled his heart with love and joy through the years and he will always remain with you in your many memories.
Mr Baldwin will be greatly missed. I will miss our visits on the back porch with that awesome view he loved so much. Rest in peace Mr Baldwin
Sending thoughts & prayers to you Pat. It was an honor to have been able to meet & help take care of him.
Have known Don since I was 12 years old. Brilliant man, excellent provider for his family. Always did the right thing. I learned from Don. He always took the time to explain anything, in terms I could understand, no matter how young I was. Don and Pat have always been there and his home has always been open to me
It has been an honor and privilege to be his sister-in-law.
He is in a better place and no longer in pain. God bless and may he rest in peace. Love, Shannon
