Don was one of the best guys in the business to deal with, always there to help with anything. I am sorry to his family for their loss. He did pass a lot of his great traits on to his son Dave, who is a great person as well.
To the Brouillette family, My thoughts and Prayers go out to you all! I never knew him but my sisters met him and in talking to Don think we are related. So god rest your soul Uncle Don, wish we had more time to meet and get to know one another. Cathy Reno Brouillet, Provincetown, MA.

The world has lost a truly great man with the passing of Don. Over the years we were the recipients of his generosity, sound advice and playful humor. We were blessed to have known him and will miss him. May all of the wonderful memories you shared together provide comfort to you during this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathy to a special family. I never knew Don without a smile of understanding no matter what the problem was. He watched over us and our children when ever they had an auto problem and we knew his guidance was the best. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family as they work through the loss of a great father and friend to all.
The Rowley family
To the Brouillette family, My thoughts and prayers to all of you at this difficult time. Don was such an amazing person, and I loved getting to hear his voice on the other end of the phone "what's up, chicken?" He started out my mechanic, and ended up my friend, my surrogate grandfather. He will truly be missed. Much love to you all
Don's integrity, charisma, knowledge, and honesty will be greatly missed by his family, friends and customers who always received his best. It was always reassuring to interact with a man who you could trust and rely upon 100%. Rest in peace, Don. Terry Hunt
When ever I spoke to Don He would always say in his big booming voice "cousin." I will miss that. May he rest in the arms of our Lord. I am praying for the Lord to bring you comfort and strength.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. He was a great person and he will be missed. I always remember a quote at times like this. “Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.”
Love Joe, Sandra, Kevin, Jennifer and Brian
Genuine. A true individual. Always welcoming and interested in even the smallest of small talk. Could rib with the best of them but was never mean-spirited. I'm sure he felt blessed that he was able to work as long as he did with his son and grandson. Heartfelt condolences. The Idmans
This man inspired me to get back into mechanics regardless if I was a female. He told me to peruse my passion no matter what. He was always so friendly to everyone regardless of their attitude. He could always make me smile and laugh in my most upset moments. My heart goes out to Dave his son and his grandson Eric they worked side by side each other for as long as I knew them. I never got the privlage to meet his wife but from what I was told she is a wonderful women and my heart goes out to her also. I know he will be missed very much. Rest in peace my friend for someday we will meet again.
We were shocked and saddened to read of Don's death. Thirty-nine years ago when I bought our summer house in West Harwich, Don was running the Shell at the end of our street. I was running back and forth daily taking courses off-Cape and Don kept me in oil until my cracked "something or other" could be fixed. I've never forgotten his kindness and after that have always brought my car (and after I was married, my husband's car) to Don's whenever we need service on the Cape. Once I had a car towed from off-Cape because Don was the only one that I would trust to fix it. Please know that Don was truly loved and appreciated by everyone who met him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family at this sad time.
Our thought and prayers are with you. Don was a great guy with a great big smile and always willing to help my family anytime we stopped by unexpectedly too! We will miss him too! Your on our minds and will be during this difficult time!
My sympathy to the Brouillette family. All the local parts suppliers always said if every client were like Don and Daves we would never complain. Don was real class act, always friendly, warm and welcoming. I will sadly miss and never forget knowing such a great guy.
Regards, John Petruzzo

Dear Michelina, Dave and entire Brouillette family: Our hearts go out to you all for your loss. Don was such a wonderful caring person; always a gentleman and a respected and honest businessman who truly cared about his customers and all who he came in contact with. He was always ready and willing to help anyone in need. He truly epitomized the meaning as a member of the "Greatest Generation" - one who would rather serve, than be served. Dave and Kathy, Eric and Miss Em, Mickie, Mark, Kevin and Arthur ... no words can express what we feel right now. Don was a gentleman, a true family man, a friend and so much more. He always welcomed us with open arms, a strong hug and a kiss and was never afraid to say he loved us. We weren't family but he made us feel like we were. We do not know what you are going through, but know in our hearts we feel your loss. He was one of a kind and we are so thankful that we got to share him with you. Love you all ... Aunty Mickey, David, Mark, Kevin, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Don.
Uncle Don was a great man. He will be missed by so many. I love you guys and Will Miss Uncle Don.
I always enjoyed talking & visiting with Don, even though it meant I was paying for a car repair. I took his recommendations as gospel because there was simply no reason no to. My wife & I will truly miss him.
Don was like a father-figure to a lot of us--passing out advice with a "gruff" sense of humor. He took excellent care of our cars and our worries about our cars. He had no customers only friends and "kids". He was a love and will be sorely missed. My heart and prayers goes out to his family.
A true gentlemen's gentleman........How fortunate we are that his spirit and kindness will live on through his children and grandchildren thanks to Don being the type of person he was.....
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Don was a wonderful man with a huge heart of gold and he will be very much missed.
What a great man we have all lost! We have so many wonderful memories of Don through the years, with the many family bbq's, dinners and parties. Don was always friendly, warm and engaging. Memories of Don bring a smile to my heart. He was, at first, a bit intimidating... gruff almost, until the twinkle came into his eye and the laughter softened his voice. He was always so kind and sweet and he cared so very much for Mickey and his boys. He will be missed. He will be remembered.
Our sincerest condolences to Mickey, Kevin, Mark & Dave from Marian & Lisa
We send our Love and Sympathy to Don's wonderful family. He will be missed! The Lonergan Family
