Dear Ken, Doug and extended family:
My mother phoned to tell me the sad news of your mother's passing and thus this note of sincere condolence to you and your extended family. Our mothers had a strong friendship over many years. Indeed, both of your parents were very supportive of my mother over the years and because of their kindness and generosity, I now have many fond memories of our time together as children and particularly when we visited your place on McEwan. Your mom would often have fresh baked goodies for us as we would play throughout the house; whether it was downstairs admiring your trains Ken or upstairs in Bob's room with that neat dormer window in his bedroom, or on the great front porch Doug discussing the history of the universe and the "ice-age". For these and many more reasons, your folks were like relatives to me and so it is that I affectionately remember "Aunt Doris" as I'm sure my siblings do as well.
While I was not able to get to Windsor for the funeral, please know that you are in my thoughts and best wishes.
Carol and Ken,
I just wanted to express my sincerest condolensces to you and your family. I looked after Doris at Extendicare Southwood Lakes. She was a remarkable lady, and it gave my great pleasure caring for her. I will always have fond memories of her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
To The Annett Family,
As your family gathers to celebrate your Mom's life we hope that you find peace as you share tears and smiles remembering her. Your Mom was always a special friend to the Drake family and we are sure Doris and Ysobel are chatting right now.
Dear Doug & Ken.
Remembering fondly the years spent together on McEwan Ave. Your Mom was a good lady. May she rest in peace, now reunited with your Dad. Sorry I can't attend the service as I am out of town until Saturday. Give me a call at 519-735-8761 or e-mail email@example.com so we can catch up. Dan Dumouchelle.
Ken & Carol,
Please accept my sincere sympathy for the loss of your mom. Rest assured she is now in a better place looking down on you still watching over you as only a mother can.
Please accept sincere condolences to Doug, Melissa and the whole Annett clan on the passing of a dear mother and the matriarch of your family.
Carol, Ken & family. My sincerest condolensces for the loss of your mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
