P.S I just signed the guest book and then read your post. We was born on the same day and a lot a like. My tongue is the same. Lol
God blessed us all with her presence . She was always straight-foward and never held her tongue for anyone. Her strength was a large part of our family. Between Aunt Dot and Granny Mary they made southern cooking what it is...We will all miss you and wait for the day we all meet again..Love you David and Janet Massey,,PS..Your cornbread dressing makes me think of you everytime I think of it ~
Grandma Dot was a feisty, amazing, straight shooting woman! I've learned so much from her. How to love, even when you're at wits end, how to rearrange furniture (sometimes 3 times in one day!), build a living room fort out of almost nothing, to always have toys and co-colas on hand - who knows who will show up, and even think I learned some of my driving from her.
Thank you Dot Dot. I hope it's all better now. I see you gallivanting around heaven with Teta and I'm pretty sure Deddy greeted you up there with a breeze on the back of your neck. Remember to watch your words up there & I will do the same here. Love you, Marsi
