So much sadness, but crying is for the ones left behind. I will never forget your love for Mom(Lois)and how much you cared and did for all your family. Love, love, love.
We will miss you Aunt Dot! I wanted to call you and talk to you about my Dad's passing, but I waited too long! Now you are all together! I will always remember and quote you saying "love, love, love"--I believe I said that the weekend you passed away w/o even knowing that you had! You will always be remembered!
My sympathies to her family. She was loved. A loss to our class.
Oh Aunt Dot how I am going to miss you. I have so many fond memories of spending time with you and Aunt Helen along with Steven. Those are the things I am going to treasure for the rest of my life. I only wish that I could of been in town more.
I will always love and miss you,
Connie Wolfe (Pierce)
Dorothy was one of the kindest persons who was always thinking of someone else. She was positive, thoughtful, and a loving person. I remember how kind and how much she respected her mother.
From a C.L.C.H.S. Class of 1952 Classmate, my memories of Dorothy are of an EXTREMELY NICE, and SINCERELY SWEET lady, who's SMILE was CONTAGIOUS, and HOW SHE LOVED TO LAUGH!!
To Jane and Lee, and ALL of Dorothy's beloved family, my PRAYERS and LOVE!!!
Please accept our deepest sympathies.
I am sure that I speak for many of her nieces and nephews when I say Aunt Dot will be dearly missed. I have so many memories of spending time in her home for family gatherings and visits. I have a very fond memory of that little toy box she kept in her front closet! Rest in peace, Aunt Dot.
Dorothy was a great friend all through high school and after. She was fun, had a great sense of humor, and her friends loved spending time with her. She was maid of honor at my wedding in 1957. Through the years I've thought of her often....I know she will be missed by all who love her.
Aunt Dot had a long and wonderful life. She will forever remain in our hearts and minds. I always looked forward to going to their house because of all the love and fun that was inside with Grandma, Aunt Helen and Aunt Dot. There was nothing better then going out to their house. We will miss you always @-;---
Dorothy was a person with many admirable qualities, but the most enduring of these were her loyalty and dependability. She was totally unselfish, never looking for more for herself, but rather taking pleasure in her large extended family. They will certainly miss her.
We love and miss you Aunt Dot! Rest in peace; one day we will meet again. God keep you.
Your great nephew, Jim Thames
