We met Doyce and Carolyn in the PI several years ago and only recently reconnected in N. Carolina. It was a great pleasure to know both Doyce and Carolyn. I will miss seeing and talking with Doyce at our planned reconnection in May. God Bless & Keep Joyce.........Saul & Linda Salmon
Doyce was a righteous godly man, and a great inspiration to me. My husband and I enjoyed being in the Care Corp at church with him, his gentle loving nature was the epitome of what that organization was about. Another way he inspired my sister and I was with his sense of humor along with his smile as he thought of fun ways to keep the nursing home aides and nurses entertained and involved with his mother. Love to his family who share these same qualities.
Carolyn, you and Doyce were such great friends when in the P.I.then we re-connected in the past few years it was such a joy. We know you are in a vacuum right now but God is there with you...we send our blessings and prayers to you and your family. We are priviledged to have known him and inspired by his actions to all he met. The memories we have of him, and you, will last us through the years. You both have been a gift of God to all who have known you.
I am so sorry to hear of Doyce's passing. I only knew him for a short time while working at PLFUMC and it was always a treat to sit and chat with him for a bit. My prayers to the Taylor family.
Wonderful man I will miss him and his hugs. Prayers to the family.
I am sorry to learn about Doyce's passing. I worked at BP Chemical Plant. Doyce always had a smile for you. Doyce was a gentleman and always friendly. My sympathies to Carolyn, family and his many friends.
We were so sorry to hear about Doyce. He was one of the hardest working people I have ever known, and he was always ready with a kind word and a helping hand. He will be missed by many friends and his wonderful, close-knit family. Carolyn, please know that Art and I are thinking about you and keeping you in our prayers throughout this difficult time.
Love, Linda Heideman
Carolyn and Family,
It was with great sadness we learned of Doyce's passing. He was a true family man. He and Bob Williamson are the only two I've kept in contact with from Wright-Patterson over 30 years ago. He was a great teacher and mentor and I had a tremendous amount of respect for him. We talked earlier in the year after my surgery and it certainly was a boost to my morale.
Cathy and I send our most heartfelt condolences on your loss.

I had the privilege of working with Doyce at Vistron/Sohio/BP during the 80's and 90's. You would be hard-pressed to find a nicer, kinder, and more serene man. Besides him being a great asset to our workforce, I will always remember his contagious smile, his frequent laugh, and his pleasant demeanor. Doyce would always take time to sit down and listen to you and could always find a special way to offer you a "pick-me-up" if he thought you needed it. May God bless the Taylor family, and please take comfort knowing the gifts that Doyce brought to all those who were blessed to know him.
Mr Taylor was a great man. I have fond memories of him and his family when they lived in Waukomis, OK. He always kept me and Teryl in line!
Gods blessings and comfort be with you as we all know Doyce is with our Lord and Savior. It was a privilege to know and work with both of you in the Lion's club and in other ways in life. Never a kinder man walked this earth Sincerest sympathy, Miles and Nancy
I had the privilege of working with Doyce at Vistron/Sohio/BP in the 80's and 90's. You would be hard-pressed to find a kinder, nicer, more serene man. Besides him being a great asset to our work team, I will always remember his contagious smile, his frequent laugh, and his ability to always take time to just sit down and listen, to offer you a kind word, or give you a pick-me-up when you really needed it. May God be with you all, and take comfort in knowing what Doyce's gifts to those he knew have meant to so many of us.
I worked with Doyce for 10 years at BP Chemicals and always found him to be gracious and kind. I consider it a privilege to have known him. Truly, this world would be a much better place if there were more human beings like him.
What a GREAT GREAT man. Always kind and caring. Such an asset to his family , community and Church. May God give the family peace in this very trying time. May God Bless you all.
