I was a patient of Dr. Waits for many years. I have missed this dear man so much since he retired from his medical practice. My thoughts and prayers are with Nancy and the rest of his family at this very sad time.
Sympathy and blessings go out to those who loved him. He saved my life.
A grateful patient,
What an incredible man and dear friend to my family! My parents, A.B. and Wita Padgett treasured their friendship with him and sought his wise counsel on many occasions. My sincerest sympathy and love to you in your loss.

Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." "Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them." Revelation 14:13
We are filled with fond memories of him. He was very loved and his legacy will be cherished.
