I remember Betty and the whole Laramore family when they lived in New Athens. I am very sorry for the loss of such a sweet sole.
To Betty's family: I went to school at Beecher City with Kristine and Valerie for a few years but have lost touch with them since then. I wanted to pass on my sympathy and prayers to them and Betty's entire family. I'm sure that she will be dearly missed.

My deepest sympathy to Betty's family. My heart goes out to you in losing such a fine, wonderful person who was always kind, giving and a beautiful smile on her face for you.
When I married Jerry and moved to the Beecher City area, Betty, became a dear close friend whom I have missed for years now.
I was so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. I have many wonderful memories of Betty at the Beecher City Church of Christ. She brought fun everywhere she went. I can still hear her laugh. She was such an encourager, and an organizer, and always ready to give a hug. Steve and I enjoyed her enthusiasm for life. She will certainly be missed.
Valarie and family, I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember having fun with her during post prom fund raisers and the post prom events in the early 90's. She had fun and enjoyed doing things for others. I know she will be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember how much fun she was to work with on post prom fund raisers and the post prom event in the early 90's. She was always willing to give her time for the kids. I know she will be missed.
As a high school classmate of Betty's, I extend my sincere sympathy to her family and close friends. She was a such a part of my teen experience in Sparta and my world is truly smaller with her departure.
So sorry to see about your mother, was quite a shock. I worked at the bank here in Beecher City, while she worked at AFS. Have lots of good memories of her, sorry I lost track after she moved to MO. She was truly a sweetheart.

Our condolence to the family. Betty was a joy to be around. I have not seen her for many years, but remember her fondly. Beside going to high school together, she is a cousin.

So sorry to hear of her passing. I was a "63" class mate. I remember her always smiling. She was a fun person to hang around with. She gave a Halloween party at her grandmother's house when we were seniors. I was dressed like a devil and when I got there no one else had arrived. I kept following her around the house but did not talk. She had no clue who I was and I finally broke down and told her because she was getting a little "concerned" if I was an invited guest. I can still see her surprised look of relief and then laughing. A good time for sure.
