Elizabeth will be deeply missed by her clients and her co-workers at the Agawam Counseling Center. She was "one of a kind" and that will endear her in our hearts forever. May peace and contentment be yours Elizabeth......
From a favorite Methodist Hymn: " And he will raise you up on eagle's wings, bear you on the breath of dawn, make you to shine like the sun, and hold you in the palm of his hand". Thanks for the memories!
I have such a heavy heart as I learned today of Elizabeth's passing. I hope she is with her beloved Seal. she was a great person and animal advocate. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered. Clair and Elizabeth's old pet sitter, Julie
Our deepest sympathy to the Dillard family. Elizabeth was always a joy to be around. Bob and Gail Dyess , Tuscaloosa, Al.
I worked with Elizabeth at the counseling center in Massachusetts. Eliza-beth was respected and liked by all -- both staff and clients. She will be missed by all. She enjoyed telling stories and laughing -- perhaps it was the Southerner in her. I especially liked her office, which was overflowing with stuffed animals and games. She had a soft spot for working with kids because, she said, it made her feel like a kid again. I am glad she will finally be at peace resting next to her beloved mother.
My deepest sympathy to Claire, and to the Dillard family, on your loss. Hope she is walking with Seal...
Life without Elizabeth will be less rich, less fun, and with far fewer pictures of adorable foals. My heart hurts too much to write anything more. Goodbye, Elizabeth. You were more loved than you ever thought possible.
Elizabeth you will be simply missed by all that knew you and I am so glad we as a family got to know you through therapy, you were one of the best!!!! I just wanted to say how thankful we were to have you in our lives and for all of the people you helped. Lisa Ledoux
Elizabeth, I still cannot believe that you are gone. I miss you. I miss knowing that I can't ever see you again here on earth. You were a wonderful friend. You taught me so much about being a friend. I will never forget you. Until we meet again. I love you, Kathryn
I feel blessed that I had Elizabeth as my counselor who helped me through my issues with compassion and understanding. She was one of the kindest people I've ever met. I was honored to have called her my friend. I will be forever grateful to her. Elizabeth will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
"Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and also me. There is more than enough room in my Father's home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I AM."(John 14:1-3) Elizabeth's place is ready.. and her legacy will forever live within those of us that had the opportunity to know her.
My heart goes out to the friends and family of this amazing woman. She put a sparkle back in my daughter's eyes, and she helped me cope with life's daily stresses. I enjoyed her laughter, and I will never forget our time together. Thank you Elizabeth for everything, and God bless you.
Every Kentucky Derby I will think of you. I will miss you so much, my dear friend. We had many good times, many wonderful conversations. I will not forget your laugh, your wit, your kindness, your willingness to help and your incredible ability to say exactly the right thing at the right time. I love ya, E. Be at peace. Go Orb!
Kelley my heart is sad for you and your family. May God give you strength during this difficult time. I am praying for you. May Elizabeth fly up on Eagles Wings.
Elizabeth, my dear friend and sister. I can't believe that you are gone. I feel very lucky for the time we had together, but I was hoping we would be two old ladies together, sitting on the porch and yelling at the kids to get off our lawn. I had hoped to be watching Auburn Football with you for years to come. May you be at peace, and I hope you are waiting for me when my time comes. War Damn Eagle!
Elizabeth was not only my therapist, I am proud to say she was my friend. Elizabeth helped bring me through the most difficult time of my life. She had a way of touching people with her beautiful soul. I am going to miss her dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with the Dillard family.
From a great Methodist hymn that seems fitting for my friend and fellow War Eagle:
"and he will raise you up on eagle's wings, bear you on the breath of dawn, make you to shine like the sun and hold you in the palm of his hand." Peace to you Elizabeth. Love and prayers to the Dillard family, Lorrie Weisiger Stovall

Elizabeth and I worked together several years ago, and immediately became friends. She was and is loved by many, and will be missed. She touched lives of humans, animals and all creation. Know that I hold you in the light and loving care of the Creator.

Shocked and saddened by this news. War Eagle from your Auburn friends, Dale & Deedee Colter
I was a co worker. I am deeply saddened and still in shock. She was very smart, loved her animals, and her dry sarcastic wit was unmatched. My heart is broken now, but I know in time it will heal. :(
