I am so sad to hear about Mr. Cedar's passing. But we do not mourn as those without hope, he found true life in Jesus Christ and preached Him unashamedly. I know the decision to have him in the nursing home could not have been an easy one and I want to share with the family that God used that very decision you needed to make to bless me and my family countless times since we have met him. Mr. Cedar was there for His purpose and for His work. The very first time we met him was because he offered to pray for our grandmother, who was in much pain. Over the next six months we visited him each and every time we were there. We quickly learned about his unshakable relationship with Jesus. He is, to this very day, a servant of the Most High. He had fully received the blood of Jesus to cleanse him of his sins so he could joyously enter into the presence of his Creator. Lord Jesus, let him know how much we miss him, we await the day you gather all your servants together again. Hurry back. Until then, your beloved children will: Look up and Trust.
Gene was a wonderful man that had a kind heart. He will be missed greatly but God has a good angel.
