I also shall miss Frances at the Parliamentary events where she was always there to take care of arrangements through her leadership and experience. She will truly be missed, but will always be remembered as a wonderful person and parliamentarian.

With Frances gone we will have a sad vacant seat at parliamentary meetings. We looked forward to her faithful attendance.
We shall miss that great smile we were always greeted with.

When I first joined the San Antonio Unit in the mid eighties Frances was there and I recall her presence at every meeting thereafter. She will be greatly missed!

I only knew Ms Frances for a few years, and during that time she was always there to give a friendly word of advise. She will truly be missed here in this world. Knowing that she is finally at home and in a better place makes my sorrow a little easier. God bless her family and God be with you during this difficult time.

For 32 years it has been my good fortune and blessing to have Frances as a very valued friend. She was one of my mentors in Desk and Derrick and I always valued and seeked her opinion. Frances was a caring, kind, loving and beautiful woman - she was a ladies Lady! I will miss her but will always remember her and her beautiful smile. To her family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. She is a wonderful Angel!

I have been blessed to know and work with Frances in the parliamentary field since 1996, and I might add to tease her about getting a computer. I am thankful she is now at rest. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. Mary Messerschmidt
