Dear Joan,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband. He was a good man. I have always respected and admired the both of you. Over the years, I borrowed the values I saw displayed in your relationship, as a guide for the kind of partnership / marriage I wanted.
Some of my best teenage memories are those spent hanging out and being a part of your family and for these memories I have been blessed…thank you.
Our heartfelt sympathy is with you and your family.
Love

Dear Joan
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Frank was a great man and I have very fond memories of the times we shared together. He had a wonderful sense of humour and I feel very lucky to have known him. His love for you was what always made him smile and shine when he would speak your name. A great loss but someone who will never be forgotten.
