My friend, brother and mentor in High School and UT Austin.Roomies with other Hebb future Docs and Lawyers. Great intellect, wit and lots of compassion! An honor to have been your amigo Paco!
Like Alfonso, I too went to school with Frank in Hebbronville, Texas. We were in the same graduating class high school class. Frank was hard working, reflecting the values of his family. And like his family he was was witty, engaging and lots of fun. His brilliance and focus was always evident in everything he did. My deepest condolences to his family.
Frank was my supervising resident when I was an intern back in 1980. I learned alot from him about medicine and life in general. I haven't met anyone in the medical field before or since that I respect more. He was a great person as well as physician.
"Frankie" and I went to school together in Hebbronville beginning with the Little Flower Catholic School through High School. I always respected his superior intellect and his kindness. We lost track of each other after high school but I am not at all surprised at the many successes he achieved in life. My sincere condolences to his entire family.
While picking up meds @ EH KP facility yesterday, I learned of Dr. Gutierrez death. I felt very saddened but somehow comforted that he is with God and at peace. He was my doc for many years until forced to retire, and he cared for the "whole" person which is rare, unique, and special these days. His family should know that their loved one helped me through some very difficult years in my life, as my trusted doctor, and I will always have love and gratitude in my heart for him. Thank you Gutierrez Family for sharing your loved one with us, his patients. May God, Our Physician, Bless You With His Peace and Comfort.
Dr.Frank Gutierrez was my doctor at kaiser. We hit it off right from the start. It seemed like we knew each other for years. The medical profession has lost a great man and Doctor,My deepest sympathy to the entire Gutierrez family,May Frank rest in peace.
He was a man of integrity, patience, kindness and worked hard. My life was so enriched, because he was in it, I was privileged and honored to have been a part of his! He will be missed.
Thank you Dr. Gutierrez, what a wonderful man and Doctor. Bless the Gutierrez family, God is with you.
Frankie and Phyllis welcomed me into the family with open arms and hearts. I couldn't have asked for better brothers in laws. Once I became part if the family, I was always part of the family. Matt, Alex and I will greatly miss his smile and his wonderful sense of humor.
Dr Gutierrez was loved by all of his patients. After we moved to Cambria, my husband and I enjoyed talking with him after Mass at Santa Rosa Church when he found time to spend in the Cambria area. He will be missed by many.
Frank was my hero when I was growing up. He still is. He was just as comfortable speaking to a king as to a farmworker, and he would treat them both with the same care if they walked into his office. I love my brother.
Deepest sympathy, Prayers. From Aunt/Uncle. Love, Maria Alma Ramos Salaiz &
