My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. We considered Frank and Gerry friends for many years. So sorry to have missed the service as I just learned of his passing. Thinking of you.
Bill & family, so sorry to hear about your Dad. What a wonderful man he was and such a great friend to our family.
Mr. and Mrs. Allen was one of my wonderful families I delivered mail too! After nine years you get to know the families, and grow with them. In one way or another you are touched by their lives!! He always told me I was the best mail carrier he has ever had. The memories of them both waving their sweet Hello's from the window every day will be missed. Mr. Allen was a kind ,tender hearted man. The conversations, and the short friendship we shared will be remembered. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.
Rest in Peace Frank. You will be greatly missed.
Frank was a dear neighbor, a second father, a friend not limited by any age difference; who could relate and communicate with anyone. He was happiest when bantering, whether dishing it out or taking it. He loved his Baylor Bears and holding court to tell stories of his fishing and bird hunting trips, WWII, or his stories of first meeting Gerry. He taught us that the key to a life well-lived was to love the Lord and always remain curious. We love you Frank and pray that your family and friends who also love you will be comforted knowing that by in sharing your life with us, we were all made richer by your friendship. May God bless his family and friends as we say goodbye to a good man.
Oso was one of my favorites. He will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
I worked with Frank at Schlumberger from 1957-1960, when I left to start my own business. Frank was vey kind and helpful to me, both at Schlumberger and later with my start-up. I remember when he moved to his new home in Conroe, and commuted to his job in Houston-- tough duty! He was a very special friend!
My memorials all go to my church foundation here in Beaumont-- St. Mark's Episcopal.
