I always enjoyed having conversations with Frank. He always had a great outlook on life and a great sense of humor. He is already missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Kathleen and family.

WE MET FRANK AT THE POOL THIS PAST YEAR AND GOT TO KNOW HIM WELL ENOUGH TO PROUDLY CALL HIM OUR FRIEND . I ENJOYED DISCUSSING AND SOLVING ALL THE WORLDS PROBLEMS WITH HIM .
