was at the heart of irish health and fitness today, the atlantic club, and spoke with Mr. Pataglia, a Squan legend..He told me of Fred's passing and I told him he married my cousin sheila..Fred was big with the family in the early 1970s, brought energy to the family picnics and of course a keg with tap, a huge hit with all the grown ups. Getting premium parking.was BIG during the hot summer days and my dad sure enjoyed throwing back a few with Uncle Fred before the drive back to Freehold.. TC and God Speed....
Fred worked security at Roger Dean Stadium for the Montreal Expos and the Florida Marlins. He was a true gentleman and he is still missed. God Bless.

A man I owe alot of summer fun and summer employment to when he was the owner of Leggetts. He was the guy who gave me a summer job and helped me pay for college. A good hearted soul and god bless. RIP Fred.
Your Dad was the reason for so many wonderful memories of my many summers in Manasquan. He was always friendly and nice to myself and family/friends. Like so many others, we spent many times in Leggetts celebrating an event, holiday, friends gathering to catch up, charity events and of course just hanging out. Thanks Freddie for wonderful memories in Manasquan and the friendly chats, teasing and just being you.
Fred it was a great privilege serving as your Assistant Monmouth County Fire Marshall. I have many fond memories of our investigations, meetings and social times as well. Dot and I will miss your greatly. Rest in Peace.

Fred was an unselfish and untiring public servant. He was a true gentleman. I worked many fire investigations with him over the years. He was a pleasure to be with both professionally and socially. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. God bless him. Fred Dispensiere, former Monmouth County Prosecutor Arson Unit.
