Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
Rick & Toni,
I'm so sorry to hear about George. I will always remember the time my car ran out of gas in front of your house and your dad was kind enough to help me. He always had a smile on his face and made you laugh. Heaven is now blessed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time.
We are so very sorry. Be thinking of you Barbara and Family . From Jack and Ilene and Family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. George will be greatly missed at New Lisbon. We are praying for peace in your time of sorrow. George was a great blessing to our family and we pray that God may bless you with peace and comfort.
Barbara and family,
George was a great man and open his heart to all. He was coach to my brothers Tony and Dicky and he also was my coach for 1 year when they let girls play. We all went bowling every Saturday morning for years. He was like a second dad to Tony when he stayed with Lance. He was a special man and you all should be so proud of the great man he was. My prayers are with you all during this diffcult time and the days that follow.

I'm a friend of your grandson Stephen Howell..my condolences to your family in this time of loss and grief.
George you was such a caring and funny person. When it was my turn to drive to work you would ask me to put a good country tape in and within seconds you would be snoring with your head back. I would then wake you up when you was home. You wood just laugh. We all had a lot of fun riding together. You will be missed. RIP
Dear Barbara and family,
Dave and I are so sorry for your loss. George was such a caring, thoughtful person and was always willing to lend a hand. Our thoughts are with you and we pray that your memories of George will help you through the days ahead.

When I moved to Ansonia back in the mid 70s my mother put me in the local Baseball League and George was my Coach. I didnt know that much about how to play the game but George changed all that. He taught me how to hit a ball that I was sure was illusive but he taught me how to find it and hit it. I know that this might be just a little thing to most people but to a 10 yr. old it was huge. I became a very good hitter and all thru High School everytime I hit that Ball I thanked George for his guidance. And now I will thank him one more time. Thank you George for believing in me enough to help me believe in myself. You Where a Great Man. Thank you.
