Dear brother I will miss you. I have many good memories of you as my big brother. You were a good singer a d guitar player. Everytime you played and sang I interfered, but that's how I learned! Soon you left to California and sent a box of tomatoes that I was to chop up but ate them instead! Boy was mad at me. I called you and sked to send me another box! Then you got married and I was so proud to be a bridesmaid, and Francis was my new best friend! I have many memories. Be strong family you will be missed.
I was thankful enough to have gone on a hand full of fishing adventures with uncle gilbert as a kid, he tought my brother and I how to start fires w old pine tree stumps, and how to camp. One time we tipped over the fishing boat at big lake w all of us in it! he wasn't as upset as I thought he would be, he was a great uncle to my brother and I
My condolences to the family of Gilbert Mendoza, many memories of when he use to come to Coolidge to visit Ysabel Mendoza(Aunt). Sorry we could not make the services, we just found out last night of his passing.
I did not know Gilbert but I know my husband has many memories from his youth of his Tio. He will be missed. I am writing this for his nephew, Carlos Alvarado who is not able to attend.

I enjoyed looking at the pictures of your family. There were many good times; hang on to those memories. I'm sorry for your loss.
