Mr. Turn was a Good Man, A Good Husband, a Good Father, and a Good Friend to so many. He would give the shirt off his back to help a Friend and he did do that on so many occasions. He was my Dad's best friend. They became so close that were like brothers. He not only Loved his Wife and 2 daughters, but he loved the Fletcher Boy's like they where his own. Growing up the Turn's and the Fletcher's spent alot of good times together going Camping, and taking many trips to Canton. Memories that I will never forget. Kay and Sue, I know that over the years we have all moved around and lost contact, but I still think of you as our Sisters. Losing your Dad is hard, to me losing Mr. Turn was like loosing my Dad again. But I know he is a better place now. I can just see Gordon and Thurman pitching Horse Shoes or building something there. I love you two ladies.

Uncle LaVaughn was a wonderful and kind person. From my earliest memories he was one of my favorites. He helped me in all of my endeavors as a youngster including baseball, football, and band. He always was supportive in everything I did and always had a kind word. I wish Patsy could have known him as we have. I will miss him dearly. Our heart felt prayers are with Lois, LaJuana Kay, Melinda Sue, and the entire family. May God Bless and Keep you as He receives LaVaughn in His Loving Arms.

Daddy, I was honored and proud to be your daughter. You taught me many things, but most important of all was the LOVE of family. You showed me how important it is to take vacations with your family to build beautiful memories. You took us to church and gave me the foundation that you know all good buildings need to with stand the trials of time. I will never forget all the business trips you pulled me out of school to go with you on. Those were precious times, but hardly compare to sitting with you those final days watching football as we did when I was young. The only thing we needed were some frozen chocolate chip cookies. "Daddy, I LOVE YOU and I will miss you more than words can say.

Gordon was a sweet man and always made me feel at home when I would go and visit Sue growing up. I remember our families making homemade ice cream. Lots of fun memories. He will be missed. My heart goes out to his wife, Lois, Sue and Kay. Love to each one of you especially during this difficult time. Love & God Bless ~ Jena (Beckerley) Kokas

Oh my dear sweet daddy, I will miss you so very much. I know you knew just how very much you were loved by each and everyone of us and how thankful we all are for everything that you did. I just want to say that I do not want to be selfish and keep you here on this earth in the condition you were in, I love you to much for that but you will be missed so very much. With All my Love Melinda Sue Turn <3
