I did not know Gus, but I did know Chris so therefore I know what a wonderful father and role model he was.My daughter Karen and Chris were best of friends along with Paul. You saw one of them you usually saw all three. My deepest condolence to all the family. May your sadness be tempered by knowing his joy of being again with Chris. They really never leave us ,we just can't see them. I am certain he and Chris are watching over their loved ones.

Sending my sincere condolences to Gus's family and friends. I will remember him as an incredibly sweet, kind, and sincere man. It was great to see him and visit with him in 2005 when he visited family in ND. God bless you all during your most difficult time in life.

Such great memories of Gus. He was always smiling and very loving. Even when I could not understand what he was saying, he smiled and hugged me and I understood. He loved his family and would talk about the grandchildren with such pride. One of my fondest memories is playing Win Lose and Draw with the Meckle Zimlich family. You and Chris are now together. I sure wish I could have experienced that great reunion. Susan Zimlich
