A great man ... Will be missed.
Very sad news. Jake was a good man and I enjoyed working with him. I wish you and your family the very best during this difficult time.
I am so sorry for your loss! I have many fond memories of being at Jake's auctions with Dad.
Sorry to hear of your loss. Jake added a lot to the community and will be missed.
John loved Jake....golfing with him, having coffee at the Liberty Restaurant...just valued him as a
friend the 12 years we lived in Liberty. I feel they are reunited again now, reminiscing about the good times together.
Very sorry to hear about Jake!! I always enjoyed my traffic stops with Jake...I would walk up and he would say "what do you want" ..haha...truly enjoyed Jake Campbell!!! ...we would just talk and then he would leave! I hope heaven is ready for Jake, if not here is the warning!!

My love goes to the Jake Campbell family. I bet he and my husband Jim Kottyan are together right this minute conducting the Auction of their life here on earth. I am so sorry for your loss. Ann Kottyan
I was only fortunate enough to know Jake for a short time, but I liked him immediately. My heart goes out to his family. He will be remembered always.
Jake was a person you always thought would be around! My favorite quote at auctions was, "Now this is a baby doll and teddy bear!"
Fond memories of working for Jake during the summer of 96'. I laugh from time to time when I think of Jake telling me that he would auction telephone polls while driving just for the practice while honing his craft. Truely a unique guy. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.
We are very sorry for your loss. Jake helped us with our Parent's Estate Sale and will be remembered for both his professionslism and wit.
You have my sympathy during this most difficult time in the loss of Jake.
Was so sorry to hear about your loss. Jim so appreciated the friendship, talks, and phone calls from Jake. My prayers are with the family.
Jake has been a part of my business life for many years. He & his family handled a very difficult auction for a very close from of mine many years ago. He handled it with the utmost professionalism & was a perfect example for me and my business career. I also enjoyed just sitting down & talking to him. I hope his family finds the comfort that they deserve & my thoughts & prayers are with them.
Heaven has been given a real gift with Jake being there. I can see he and Harry Hudson up there doing the big auctions for those angels and him telling them to "sit your satchel down!!" ...May God be with you and your family during this very difficult time, may he wrap you in His arms and you feel His peace. HUGS:)
My deepest sympathy for the Campbell Families .... May you find some comfort knowing that Jake and Roland are celebrating the everlasting life together at this time. I will never forget Jake's quick wit and his ability to make people laugh, especially during his auctions. I had the pleasure of carrying items at many of his sales when I was younger. "Set your satchel down" he would yell (overtop of Mike selling) if he came across something he considered a "dandy"! Jake was such a remarkable man and his absence will be missed in the days ahead! May his memory help comfort your families in your time of need. Thinking and praying for all of you!
Vera McDaniel, my mother, and I frequently attended Jake's auctions. My morher certainly appreciated Jake's sense of humor!!
Jake was a part of many of our lives for many years. His daily visits to the shoe department at the Liberty Department Store are among my most fond memories of that time in my life. May you find peace in his passing knowing that he touched so many lives. We are all better people having had Jake as a part of our lives. He will live on forever as a part of us all.
Mike~ My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Lots of good Auctioneer Association memories about Jake. Remember serving with him on the IAA board & going to Philadelphia to support him in his quest to get on the NAA board. He will be missed. May God be with your family in this difficult time.
I'm really going to miss my 'harassing" phone call's from him on Friday afternoons. Always put a smile on my face to "go" at each other. May God be with his family and may he Rest in Peace.

So sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of growing up in Union County. My mother (Maxine Felton) organized food for many of Jake's auctions. My friends & I were usually in charge of serving drinks & pie!! I also sold many animals at the Union Co. 4-H auction. I appreciate the time that Jake volunteered to help with the 4-H program. He will be missed!
Ed and I enjoyed Jake so much both as a part of the bank and going to his auctions. May God wrap His arms around all of you during this time of loss. With Love and Prayers, Audrey Dodson
