I am so very sorry to hear about Mr. Haley's passing. He was a client of ours, I worked for Attorney William P. Bailey until he passed away April 28, 2012. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

The old expression "they threw away the mold" could not be more true than the one that created Henry. What a guy! Our friendship covers decades and so many discussions," Let me say this" rings so many bells. Truly one of a kind in the best sense of the word. I was blessed to call him my friend. Go in peace, friend, if anyone is with God, Henry is surly there.

Attended Sylvan Hills Elementary as well as high school with Henry. He could stand and talk to the class as long as the teacher would allow. We had a lot of fun back in the day. We will all miss Henry.

Henry was a GREAT Father-in-Law and friend inspiring me to complete graduate school at age 45 for an Executive MBA. His demonstration of hard work, desire and determination inspired his grandson, Davy Fisher, to become the Rome News Tribune's 2013 PLAYER OF THE YEAR in basketball and an ALL-STATE selection as a High School Junior. When asked, Henry said what he meant and meant what he said. I'll miss him and his direct verbal and written communications we shared together over the years...I loved that guy!

I will always remember Henry's friendly nature with his perpetual smile and looking for ways to lighten the moment. Although we never communicated on a regular basis, I did appreciate the one time thirty years ago when he sent me a brochure of an election campaign he noticed for a candidate with a name similar to mine. It was very thoughtful, and typical, of him to take advanage of the coincidence by reflecting on our long-ago acquaintance in high school. That's sharing God's love in his own natural way, and I wish I could thank him for it again.
