Hank your stories still rattle around in my head. What a great time we had on 3 trips to the Gulf Coast doing rebuilding and repairs. To your dear wife and family thank you for letting Hank have the road trips. He will always be my guide in GOD and COUNTRY. I am a better soul for having his company.
Barbara, We have truly celebrated having Hank in our lives. I was so drawn by the depth of his character and the strength of his wisdom as a college student I only wanted to work for him to learn how I could be like him. Only my parents had more impact on making me who I am today. I have always rejoiced at any opportunity I have had to work with him. The world will deeply miss him -whether it is wise enough to know it or not.
To Barbara and the entire Hulme family,
We are saddened to learn of Hank's death.
Our deepest sympathy to all of you.

Dear Barbara and family, We extend our deepest sympathy to you all. We are so grateful for the many ways Hank touched our lives and the lives of so many others. God's peace be with you.
Mr Edmund Wageley Jr also passed away this year. He worked with Hank almost all the 30 years he was a traffic engineer at Arlington County. I think Hank taught my husband about everything he knew about T.E. Ed spoke of him often and what a wonderful boss he was. Kathleen Wageley

Barb, Pat, Susan and kids my sincere sympathy goes out for you and your family - he was truly a cool guy I will miss seeing him. Teddi
My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Barbara and extended family. Our paths crossed at the time my wife and I became engaged, and has never diverged. I could never have wished to have a finer brother-in-law (and sister-in-law). Hank was a quiet man, very devout, dignified, and of uncompromising principle. His love, devotion, and kindness was matchless. It was a great privilege to know him, and be will live in my heart. He has now been called to his Heavenly reward. "Well done, good and faithful servant....enter thou into the joy of thy lord!" Bill Cissel
