Dear Hoodie - I just learned of your passing - I will miss your great spirit and sense of humor, and all of our conversations.
I know you're somewhere conquering new worlds! Much love to you and your family -
You were one of my all-time favorite patients for your determination, optimism, and irrepressible spirit. Bon Voyage to a lovely spirit.
My dear Hoodie you were a friend like no other! You were always ready for the next adventure and always willing to include anyone who was ready to learn how to live life. I will miss you so much. Much love to you until I see you again.
A bright and very interesting person that had a peculiar sense of humor. She is certainly being missed by me, her friends and closest relatives. May she rest in peace!
The last time I saw Hoodie was at our D'youville reunion. She was fun and funny with a twinkle in her eye.
May God bless you and your family in this sad time.

Thank you Hoodie for the bright light you shared with me.You will always have a special place of brightness in my heart.
We met Hoodie at Grandview Lake and loved her at once. Such a fun lady, always so gracious and friendly. We enjoyed playing bridge at her home and on her boat! We are surely going to miss her. Condolences to her family.
Hoodie gave me my first big break when I started my audio visual company. I will be forever inspired by her imagination tenacity and spirit. Your beauty lives on in each of us you mentored.
While it has been a long time since I saw Hoodie, the memory of a kind and gracious lady remains with me. For her family I pray that God will give you peace and comfort during this time. She will be missed greatly by all and Heaven has another angel.

The world has lost a bright smile and a wonderful spirit. God bless you, Hoodie...and please tell your dad "hello" for me!
Hoodie, always a soft bright light when she entered a room; always open, curious, gracious and joy filled and a wide-eyed excitement for all that life could offer her. There is just a few of us left from D'Youville, a sisterhood that remains still. And Hoodie's life giving force an loving nature will be deeply missed at Cancer
Wellness for those of us who worked with her.
I know she is glowing and at peace where she is now.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Hoodie was a year ahead of me at D'Youville, but I remember her as always big fun, outsized personality, and uber cool. She will be missed. Anne (Douglas) Hartridge
May God and the angels greet you in heaven, my dearest Hoodie. I will always remember our times together in NY and in Georgia and your kind luncheons at the PDC when visiting my mother. May you create beautiful art and paintings in heaven and thank you for teaching me about angels in the universe. I still read my angel books you gave me and cherish the gifts you so generously gave to me. I will miss you and cherish your spirit always. I love you, Hoodie. Devotedly, Thomas Fortson Darby
Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family. Hoodie will be missed by her friends at Paces Place.
I will miss my kooky, beautiful Aunt Hoodie. I know wherever you are, you are planning your next wickedly funny practical joke. The world will miss those!
