Dear Andy family,

News of Jake's passing was slow in reaching us here in Hanover but we wanted to add a few words to those of others. We have fond memories of Jake dating from the days when the Andy and Page families would get together in Concord. We hadn't seen Jake much in recent years but a couple of years back Ruth bumped into him in Concord and had a nice visit. He was a kind and caring person, and made the best of the difficulties life brought him. We all honor his memory.
Love from the Page family

Dear Gary and Family, I was so saddened to learn that Jake had passed. I keep thinking about Mollie and believe we are all joined again in death so I take consolation in that. I know these must be very difficult days for you all. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was sorry to hear of Jake's passing. He always had a smile and asked with genuine concern about family. He was a good friend to my daughter throughout the early school years. He will be missed.

Dear Gary, So very sorry for your loss..Jake was always like a ray of sunshine when the kids were in school. The last time I saw him, and you, was at the hospital at the front desk, waiting for your wife you said. I couldn't believe how adult and handsome Jake was. I am so saddened as I read about Jake online from Florida. My sincere synpathies to you and your family. My children, Fred, Kristen, and Kathryn Mc Allister thought the world of Jake. Sincerely, Jeannie McAllister Hebert.

Jake had such a wonderful effect on everyone around him. Robby (Wolfe) and Bill(Mullen) would come home after working with jake and tell tales of the practical jokes they had all played on each other that night. He warmed alot of people.

Dear Family, I am very saddened to hear the news of Jakes passing. He was such a special man with a big smile, huge heart and a positive attitude.
I first met Jake in the halls of Concord High in the 90's and then years later we reconnected at "Granite Bank" on main street in downtown Concord where I worked at the time. It was always a real treat to see Jake come through the doors because he always had some candy, pictures to share of his cats, jokes or funny stories to brighten my day. I'll never forget the day Jake was so excited when he purchased his house. He was so proud as were all of us bank girls it was such a big accomplishment for such a young man to do on his own. I remember after work a co-worker and myself went over to see his new abode and Jake made us dinner and we visited his kitties too!
One thing about Jake that will always stick with me is his love for cats..we were both avid cat-people and enjoyed sharing our stories together.
I will miss seeing Jake around Concord when I'm home visiting. You're a true angel Jake and heaven sure has gained one with a sparking personality to shine all above!
God Bless you Jake and your kitties.

Dear Jake, As your family gathers today to celebrate your life, your cousins here in McLean, VA will be with them and you in spirit. I most remember you as the wonderful, cute little boy when my parents, brother, and I used to visit Concord during the summer and when you would come to Washington with your family. Seeing the photo gallery brought back all those pleasant memories and they will remain with me forever. Lorie and Norman, and daughters Natasha and Alexandra

I just heard today of Jake's passing and I am sadden by the news. I got to know Jake in Jr high and high school and he was without question a friend from the first minute. There are so many memories all of which involve a great deal of smiles and laughter, two things I suspect Jake had mastered very shortly after coming into this world. He was one of the most caring people I have ever met and always lent an ear to a friend in need. I have seen Jake a few times in recent years in various places in Concord, or I should say he saw me and quickly came over to say hi and we picked up right where we last left off. My best to the whole family during this sad time. I have no doubt Jake is smiling down on us all.
God Speed my friend.

As a fellow '92er, I am saddened to hear of Jake's passing. Every day of high school, Jake approached life with a smile, understanding what is truly important. He exemplified joy and was an inspiration to his classmates. We were all better off having him as part of our lives and will never forget his presence.

My Dear Friend,
I will sorely miss your smile and laugh. The memories of seeing you through the years, from our very little years, to our grown years will always remain close to my heart and soul. Jake has a very big role in my life. His honorable life was not easy, and the road hard traveled is much more enlightening.
I learned a lot from Jake, more than I can comment on..
I have thousands of memories, and I have the happiness of remembering every single one. I had the pleasure (a true blessed honor) of being his neighbor, and he was my best friend for many years growing up. Jake always had a sense of humor to him, and a laugh that when you got him going, you would wonder if he was going to catch air...
The tears would well up and I would have to stop making him laugh, but then he just kept asking for more funny.
I will truly miss my friend that I could say anything, talk about what ever we wanted to each other, knowing that neither one of us judged each other. We were just who we were, the same as when we were kids frying ants next to the curb on Liberty Street. I miss you Jake!! I will forever have you in my heart and thoughts. Jake you would have loved to know that tough guy John, me, has cried more tears for you, so many I can't stop them from rolling!!
I will see you on Liberty Street with a new magnifying glass, and a pack of firecrackers!!
I love You Jake!!
Gary and Jakes Family I am truly sorry for your loss, Jake is and will always be a blessing in this life, and to whomever he connected with, especially me! May God bless you and your family at this time of sorrow.

Jacob will always be remembered at Merrimack County Savings Bank. He would come in and talk to all the tellers. He gave each one of us a Las Vegas Chip. He also gave one of the tellers a matchbox car. That was the first car to start her collection. Jacob will truly be missed.

Jake was a wonderful person always bringing joy and laughter whereever he went. I had the priviledge of working with Jake at Concord District Court and joking around with him quite often. And of course the sharing of his delicious cookies. I still have a beanie bag of a red M&M he gave to me because he knew I loved M&M's. I will never forget Jake. May he rest in peace!!

Jake was such a special person who greeted me each morning with a smile and warm heart before he began his work. He always made me feel like the day was a gift and to not let it pass without a warm smile or kind word with me as he did his work. Through our short time knowing each other he knew I always carried special saints coins in my pocket. When he came back from Vegas he handed me a coin from Vegas to add to the ones I carry in my pocket so I would remember him. Jake I appreciate your kindness & friendship it meant more than anything to me as I started my workday. I will carry your coin Jake with all the other saints and I am happy you have joined them in the heavenly reward.

Gary, G.J., and family, I am so sorry to hear of Jake's passing. I am praying for you all that God will give you comfort and peace. Knowing what a sweet guy Jake was, I know he has left a big hole in your hearts, but I know he also has left you with many wonderful memories. My memories of him all contain that wonderful smile. I will never forget him.

I just heard the news of the home going of Jake. I well remember when the family became a part of Chichester Congregational church, and the joy of getting to know Jake, definitely a precious soul in the sight of God. Over the years when I was still living in New Hampshire I would run into Jake and we would share the news of the family and friends. What a wonderful guy, full of the joy of the Lord, and a friend of sinners. My love goes out to the family and all those who are grieving over the loss of his life. What a wonderful day it will be when our Saviour we will see......forever toe be with Jesus and all those we have known here on the earth. Truly "God showed us His love to us, and that while we all fall so far short of His glory....yet Christ died for us". To God be the glory!

Gary & Family... I am so sorry to hear of Jake's passing. I will remember the times I cut his hair when he was a boy. He was always a lot of fun to talk with. From his picture, I can see that he grew into a handsome young man. Losing a child is a pain like no other.... Hold on to your happy memories and know that Jacob is now in God's loving embrace.

Jake always made my day when he stopped by the hot dog cart. He was so thoughtful bringing me my favorite gum, a piece of candy, or his famous cookies. Jake was the most generous friend. He loved to share a joke and lend a helping hand. My family and I will miss him dearly.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this. I first met Jake in 1989 at the Concord Voc. Tech. where we both studied Early Childhood Education and were lab partners and soon became friends. Years later, our paths crossed again at Concord Hospital, where we both worked. Jake was an amazing, king, strong person and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jakes' family, friends and colleagues.

My friend Jacob.
It is with great sadness that I am signing this guestbook this morning. When I think of my friend Jake the first thing that I do is smile, you made everybody around smile and laugh. You came to work every night with pain on the inside but a smile on the outside. Jake your probably one of the strongest people I have ever met, and am very grateful to have had the honor of calling you my friend. I am really going to miss you pal, you might be gone but I promise you will never be forgotten.
