Cindy and Sandy - My heart aches for you. JA and I had just hit it off in Vegas - seems just like yesterday. My thoughts and prayers are with you both. He will always have a special place in my heart. A very special place.
I will miss Jim stopping by the office (Heartland Realty) to chat with me. He always made me laugh with some story from way back. Really will miss him. Libby
Cindy and Sandy, I was saddened to hear of the loss of you Dad. You have my deepest sympathy and you will be in my thoughts and prayers over the next few weeks as you relect on the legacy your Dad leaves behind. Your family has always held a very special place in my heart. May God be with all of you during this time of mourning. I love you both. Bonnie Autry-Gowing (Adams)
This is from our family gathering a few years back it was a wonderful time talking and enjoying your wonderful job of grilling...
I have known your father since we were about 5 years old.We grew up in a small community in Patterson, Mo. We went to High School & played basketball together.
I had a good visit with him about 3 weeks ago. He was a very good friend and I will miss him. Floyd Reed, Steelville, Mo.
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Jim Senior. I am thankful that he welcomed my mother and I into the family when we first moved to St Louis. His first words to me were that I can call him Mr Adams or Jim...but never Grandfather (I guess he was too young for that). He gave me my first job (as a bell hop working for tips at the hotel on Lindell) and my second (helping with the vending company during my summers). I really enjoyed the family gatherings at the holidays. Even though we grew apart (my mom and Jim Jr divorcing and my joining the Army)I will always remember the good times. Mr Adams....you will be missed.
Cindy and Sandy...my thoughts and prayers are with you. Please accept my condolences. Feel free to contact me anytime (email@example.com). Love, Craig
