Mr Twiss was such a wonderful man, full of humor. I am glad to have met him. To his sons, and family, heaven was missing an angel. Rest well Mr Twiss. I will keep and cherish your words of wisdom.

Jim and I were partners on the midnight shift in the courthouse and he was by far one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
