DEAR BOILEAU FAMILY: I AM GREATLY SADDENED BY THE LOSS OF YOUR DEAR MOM. WHEN I THINK OF JEAN I THINK OF LAUGHTER. MANY YEARS AGO WE WERE PREPARING A SKIT IN A CHURCH BASEMENT, WE WERE HARDLY ABLE TO CONTINUE THE ACT WE LAUGHED SO MUCH. JEAN CONTRIBUTED SO MUCH TO FORT FRANCES, YOU MUST BE SO PROUD OF HER. SHE WAS THE IDEAL IMMIGRANT WITH ALL SHE DID TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF THOSE IN HER ADOPTED COUNTRY. DEEPEST SYMPATHY, MARY CATHCART

When I think of my sister Jean, there are certain words that can describe the sister I had:
The fun we had together
Tears we shared
Pride for her achievements
Determination and bravery in adversity
And did I mention fun?
It's not the end as memories are for ever
My thoughts are with you all and may your faith console you

Each of us shines brighter because of Grandma B.
Sister Audrey, Rebecca and John watched the wonderful slide show in England, whilst the service was taking place, smiled, cried and smiled again and said our own little prayer. Dream a little dream for me. Our thoughts are with our all our cousins, and all of this huge family. We will miss Jean so much but will think of her every time we have a gin and tonic. She had such a huge impact on so many peoples lives and we are so proud of that.
I enjoyed a beautiful day with Jean on September 1, 2010 when we first met. We had lunch with Tammy, toured Fort Frances, visited other family, and took lots of photographs. Jean had an immediate impact on me with her confidence, energetic spirit, and welcoming nature. She was a remarkable woman and a pure joy to be with. My deepest condolences.
Our entire community will miss Jean. For me Jean is the one that invited me to become involved with theatre, I love her for that.
Dear Family and Friends of Jean
It was an honour to know such an accomplished person. She achieved so much in the community and as the Matriarch of such a great family her legacies will be always remembered-and fondly at that!
Please know my thoughts are with you at this time,
I will miss you so much Aunty Jean... you were my hero and an inspiration to all who knew you!

To all Jean's family we send our heartfelt condolences. Sister Jean was my big sister of whom I was so proud especially during her war service and in her very smart uniform.
Lots of love to you all.
From Keith and his family
I can only speculate on the great number of people who are saying to themselves I have lost my best friend. Jean was like a big sister to me and I will always treasure her memory. Her pioneering work with the Little Theatre, her essential help in establishing the musicals at Fort Frances High School and, above all, her championship of the library should never be forgotten. My brother, his wife and all the Kitts family asked me to send their sincere condolences to all the Boileau family. Murray Kitts
To the Boileau Family ~ You are in our thoughts and prayers. It is so hard to lose someone you love. Jean was such a vital part of the community of Fort Frances she will be greatly missed.
