Dear Stephanie and Sara:
Even in the short time I knew him – it was obvious that Jerry was a man with a kind and compassionate heart. I am so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you………Susan T.
I want to thank Jerry for being my Dad for the past 13 years. Jerry always looked after me and gave me great advice. More importantly, he loved my mom and my son with all of his heart. I miss you every day.
Jerry's now going to the giant fishing hole in the sky where all the fish are keepers. When it came to friends, Jerry was always a keeper you could depend on. God bless, I'll miss you.
My prayers are with you, Steph, and with all of Jerry's family. I graduated from high school with Steph....a very dear friend of mine!!! I had the opportunity to get to know Jerry when we visited Steph and Jerry in Jacksonville many years ago. He was such a sweet man, and I was so glad God brought Jerry and Steph together. I know he will be missed by all his friends and family. I do have faith that you will see him again. May God wrap all of you in his loving, comforting arms and sustain you through this tough time. Steph...call when you need to talk with a friend who has also lost a dear husband. Heaven looks sweeter all the time because of all the wonderful people we will reunite with there.
May God Bless the family of Jerry Summers, for you can be extremely proud of him and his Christian ways. Jerry was a true blessing, a prince of a man.
He was a good man and I enjoyed the Bible studies we did together. I remember the first time he and Stephanie saw each other, it was love at first sight.
I've missed seeing Jerry in the office ever since he retired. He was a pleasure to be around and now I'll miss him even more. Rest in peace, Jerry. Condolences to Stephanie and the rest of Jerry's family.
