I will always cherish the memories of growing up in our Kitsap Lake community. All the kids growing up there had so much fun. Phil kept things lively. He always had a good joke when I was camped out over at the Aughnay's. He made sure there was never a shortage of Pepsi products in the Pepsi cooler on the patio. He was funny guy and great addition to our neighborhood. I know he will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to the family.
