I didn't hear of Mr Elixman's passing until today. I have nothing but fond memories of him while growing up in Indianapolis. My late condolences to the entire family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you
and your family at this time. I know
you have many wonderful memories. How
have all the years passed so quickly?
Marcia, Kevin, Beth, Kathy & Ric:
My condolences to you and your entire extended family. I'm sure you all miss Bob very much. As you know, he was one of the great dads in our neighborhood, and your home was always a welcome place for us kids growing up on Goldenrod. I enjoyed and learned from his passion for cars, and his love of life.
Dear Marcia and Family,
I was blessed to have the Elixman Family as neighbors growing up in INDY. I have such great memories of Bob and my Dad. I hope I can leave half of the mark on life as Bob left with me. My heart goes out to you all in this time. Rest assured Bob and Dad are having a get together with all the laughs in heaven as we speak!
MARCIA: MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE
WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
Marcia, Kathy, Travis, Kyle & Paige & to the whole Elixman family....what a wonderful man you were blessed with! It was great to know him and share a part of his life with you. Please know that Jim & I (and all the Hirtz family) think of you all and may you find some comfort in knowing we keep you in our prayers.
We are so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We were lucky enough to become neighbors last year and are grateful for the friendly welcome Bob extended to us. We will miss the evening chats while working in the yards. I know Dave will especially miss Bob as he really enjoyed laughing and joking with him while he was suppose to be doing the yard work. Please know your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Gretchen and Dave (Your Lake Pointe Lane neighbors)
Marcia, Kevin, Beth, Kathy and Ricky, I am saddened to hear of Bob's passing and send my sympathy to all of you. Bob was always full of life and mischief and a great friend to our family. Life in the neighborhood was surely enhanced because of Bob's presence. My sincere condolences.
Dear Marcia & family,
My memories go back to you working at Chrysler before you and Bob were married! He was always friendly and could find humor in almost any situation. We always looked forward to seeing him at our Chrysler Reunions and just last September had the pleasure of having the two of you at our table. We'll miss him.
Marcia, Kevin, Beth, Kathy and Ric (hard not to call you Ricky!) - It has been awhile since I've seen most of you, but my whole family was entertained by Beth's family stories this past August when we were all back for a family wedding - and Bob was the star of the show! There has clearly always been much love in your family, and I often felt like another daughter since I spent so much time at your house. What a great time that was - I hope that through the sadness you can focus on the love and the great memories Bob helped build, and count your blessings.
Bob Elixman touched the Bush Family twice. He worked with my father, Jack Bush, Sheridan, IN, still living, at Chrysler, and with me, at White River State Park. What a great guy! He will be greatly missed in this world! Our condolences to family...his family must be great as well!!!! He wouldn't have it any other way!
We are so sorry for your loss - so many wonderful memories of growing up in the old neighborhood with everyone - God bless you in this difficult time
Dear Marcia and Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We are grateful for all of the wonderful memories we share with you. Bob was certainly one of the good guys! Love, Jack & Marilyn
Jack and I have such great memories of Bob! We loved our neighborhood card games. As Jack said "everyone should be blessed to have a friend like Bob". Our prayers and thoughts are with you Marcia and family.
My sympathy to all of you. What a wonderful neighbor and friend for many many years. My memories are of all the joy and laughter our families shared.
Forever a part of us...I see him in my siblings, my children and in all beautiful things in nature!!!
Our deepest sympathy for all the family. Such a wonderful man who served his country and we know he will be missed. The Chamberlains
Marcia, Kevin, Kathy, Beth and Ricky, I am very sorry to hear about Bob passing. He was a fantastic person and great friend to my parents. The stories of our lives revolved around him and the other parents in our neighborhood. There wasn't one event but many that I will be remembering as I remember Bob. I know I am a better person having known Bob and your family. Bless all of you.
Beth, Kathy and Family,
I was very sorry to hear of your loss. Please keep his memories and love close to your heart.
