Dear Joe, I will miss you so much. I looked forward to your nightly phone calls these past years...you never forgot your "sis" and I will always love you. I know you are in a better place and someday I will join you and Bobbie and my Bert - then we will have a good old time again! Love, your Jenny
We are so sad to lose Uncle Joe. We have many happy memories, especially of him and Bobbie and the whole family and kids at Chesapeake Beach. Also, those big family dinners he and Bobbie would prepare whenever we came for a visit. His handmade cabinets were beautiful works of art! He could always make the kids laugh for hours with his funny stories and all the noises' he could make. Uncle Joe always had time to lend an ear and make everyone feel better if having a bad day. We all send our love, Madeline & Tom, and Cindy, Brian, and Diron (Orange Park, FL)
The visited moments we got to speak with Mr. Blount were always interesting and cherished. We will always remember him. It's been a blessing to know him over these nine years.
Marie: I was sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad, he was a very special person, he always made me feel good and I loved his hugs. I am sure that he is with Bobbie, Tim and Robert and we will all be together one day.
We are so sorry for your loss. Another American hero gone on to Heaven. You all are blessed for having known a man with such great accomplishments, determination and courage.

Joe was one of my favorite bowlers. Enjoyed his book. I will cherish the jewelry box he made me. So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
Saying goodbye is never easy but knowing it is a temporary goodbye may ease the pain a little. Joe is with the Lord and we will one day see him again.
My prayers are with you Uncle Mike and Aunt Peggy and the rest of the family. I love you and wish I could be there to give you big bear hugs.
